Steering wheel radio control connection 2007 Honda Odyssey

brown wire with black stripe labeled KEY2 goes to pin 3 (doubling with what looks like the white wire in back of harness)
and black GROUND wire goes to pin 11 (doubling with a different brown and black wire)
The TEXT OVERLAY shows pin numbers as if you are looking into the front of the harness.
But the video shows the BACK of the harness, so the numbers are flipped:
in the video the lower right corner is pin 1 left empty,
pin 2 looks like an orange and black wire
pin 3 has two wires- white on top and brown/black stripe labeled KEY2
pin 11 is in the top right corner has solid black GROUND wire and (another wire)

How did you connect the wires to pin 3 & 11? Did you solder? Also, does this work for the 2007 Honda Odyssey radio with navigation

I did it on my Honda Civic 2010 Hatchback. the pins are (from wires side of 20 pins connector) Pin 6 for Switch 2 Brown stripped and Pin 7 for GND black. Then reprogram all buttons and working fine. Thanks to all.

How did you find the pin for the steering wheel control? Did you just probe every pin until you found it?

benefactionhindrance I never did probe the pins. I just spent literally a couple of days Google searching and reading mostly from odyclub

Hey I have the same brand name did you have to hook up the small ground wire because you said something about it but I didn't see you hook it up .I saw only the two brown wires hooked up

Mines doesn't have any wire on pin 11 . What can i do ?

It seems you have Metra 70-1721 which doesn't support steering wheel control (SWC). You need to solder a wire from pin 11 to Ground. A SWC compatible harness is available on eBay.
