      What if not a single other person in your team understands the value of systematizing things? (And they think you bringing it up is a way to distract them.)

    Saving money, saving time or getting faster isn't the goal.
    Creating structure /systems is the goal. That is how you/things get better.

      An astute observation! Of course saving money, time and being more efficient are natural byproducts of creating systems. Not many people are ever going to say that they're true goal is to have a bunch of systems - what they really want at the end of the day is what it gets them by having them in place. -Dawn, Team TRB
