@Samuel 2653 Ususally Goat or a sports apparel site like; Dick’s, Eastbay, Champs etc. A lot of drops go down under retail prices after a month or two so I just wait and pick them up later. The “Hype” ones are going to be harder to get but I’ve come across some good shoes( Jordan Retro 7 “Hare”, Nike x Undercover 720, and any Foamposite) for at least $25-$100 off retail.
You can get retail sneakers with 4 or 5 snkrs accounts. I hit probably 35% of the time
my best steal was just a few months ago. caught a price error on the infinity reacts. got them for $56. nothing hyped up but a solid runner that had just released.

Back in 2016 in middle school I bought white cement 4s from my friend for $200 flat, it was worn twice because he told me he wasn’t feeling the shoe so knowing that a used pair of white cement 4s went for $270-300 at the time and my friend sold it to me for $200 it was one of the best steals I had so far.

Uh Mike I do eBay for a living. I do resell and eBay definitely does charge a 10% on any item you sell so for instance if I sell an item for $1000, they’ll automatically get $100. At the end of the month after everything I’ve sold I have to pay back the 10% for each item I’ve sold and that’s not including shipping labels, shipping supplies, taxes, etc but yeah I can see how you could potentially get good steals on eBay.

@@ASneakerLife you sure? I sell on eBay all the time, not sneakers but other stuff that's over $100. Do you think it's just a sneaker thing so eBay can compete with Goat and StockX? I sold 2 Boring Flamethrowers separately for around $1500 each and was charged about 10% and I sell comic books pretty regularly for over $100 and get charged about 10% on those as well.

My all time best pick up was from a local skate shop that was relocating stores. Back then the local City I was in did not have a whole lot of sneaker heads. Specially when it came to skate shoes. The store had 50%-90% off sale. Decided to pay them a visit. I remember seeing a photo of Kanye West rocking a pair of Vans Christian Hosoi's. The ones with the Full Rising Suns on the sides. It was my 1st time being in this shop, and was shook when he had a full stack of them just chillin'. I asked the store owner how much was it for a 9.5 he said $25.00! I was blown away. I asked if he can sell all of them to me, he said sure! I immediately pulled out my card out, and bought all of them, including my pair of course. LoL. Soon after I went on ebay, and flipped each, and every one. Most sold was $230, least sold was $110. it was an awesome feeling. I visited the new shop soon after, and was able to befriend the owner. I told him the story on what I did he was also blown away. As a token of my gratitude, I bought him a pair of tickets to the movie for him, and his lady, and Bought x2 boxes of pizza for his staff. This is how my Nike Dunk SB journey began. Even before the new hype. He would contact me with local drops, and would hold x2 pairs for me, and sell me the pairs 1st back door before he opened it up to other customers. A lot of SB went through my hands, from MF Dooms, Skunks, 3 Bear Packs, and a ton of others just to name a few. Alas, the skate shop closed eventually. But it was a great experience, and have helped made me a ton of money. Markets are saturated now, and seems like everybody is all up in the game, a whole lot more rules, and a majority to cop is online now, and who ever has the latest and greatest bots. I still flip kicks here, and there. But not as much as I used to, and let the younger cats take a stab at it. It an be both fun, and rewarding at the same time.
My biggest steal to date is a pair of Spiderman Foamposites which worth $600 now, I bought them for $30.

My biggest steal was a free one, I copped a pair of GS obsedian 1s off a restock week after they dropped off kicks USA/ snipes. One charged for one and I only copped 1. Then I got two tracking numbers but same order number and was confused. They ended up sending me two 😂. Basically $63 a pair. Luckiest I’ve ever been in my entire life.

My thing is I’ve been looking at Poshmark for sneakers and I stay on the closets and not the boutique because I see the “too good to be true” type pricing there. I found a pair of treat 350 v2 balugas for 250 and that’s about half off. It’s seems plausible but I really don’t know how to tell if a shoe is fake just by pictures.

There is ebay selling fees, they take 10 percent of each sell that you will be billed, only way to get the fee price down they charge is to own a store on ebay like i have, i still get charged a fee but it's like 3 percent now because i Own a store there..
