I’ve been power watching your videos since I found the channel. I have found something interesting, watch a 2x speed and you remind me of a young Jeff goldblum 😁 fun and informative.
Glad I found your channel. ❤ I actually do eat canned fish almost every day. Mostly Sardines and Mackerel but also Kipper, Salmon and of course Tuna. Nice to see some reviews of various other types and brands!
Because of Matthew, I eat some kind of low food chain fish daily now. I would love to hear your thoughts on mercury in fish and consumption limits. Hearing it from Matthew would put my mind at ease more than any doctor

I have a can of those Belveder sprats in my cupboard, and they have sat there for almost 4 months for the reason you mentioned. It's a big can there is a lot of fish in there.
I've always loved anchovies, but this video made me try my first sardines. They were good, I added some tabasco, and I ate them all. I am going to eat them again, but as a huge fan of sardines, these were really lacking in fish flavor, they were more just....meaty.
You should try some canned fish from finland. Fish from the thousand lakes. This little fish called "muikku" tastes pretty much the same as sardines when its canned in olive oil.
aw man i love your channel. i eat sardines and other stuff all the time. i keep getting the polar brand brisling ones. i also eat them with chopsticks. gonna have to try your favorites
Hi Matt, Have you ever had a blood analysis done to make sure you’re you’re not chocked full of metals, or other bad substances that can come from fish and seafood consumption? Thanks
How are you able to film these videos without the cat stealing the fish? My cat knows the sound of the specific cabinet sardines are kept in and teleports over as soon as I open it.
IM STILL SCARED OF TINNED FISH LMAOO. Only canned fish I can do is mackerel. Hopefully one day I can get over it completely. I just don’t like fish all that much unless it’s salmon or tuna. Few others I do like. But one day I’ll be slaming deins for breakfast

😂 atleast it's only small fish. Big predator fish that live long are the worst.
the sea bass is really the only one that is of note....comparable to tuna. Sardines especially are very low as are clams and mussels.
