This MC is TOTALLY DIFFERENT to every MCs who have a tsundere step sisters who turned 180 towards him after they learned the truth from their parents. I LOVE THIS MC! Of course Kenta is confused and couldn't accept Mai and Mii suddenly turned 180 towards him after the truth came out. This is just to show their true nature of themselves which is why he only sees them as siblings and not a romantic partners. And he even called them out for that and he told them that he has no feelings to Mai and Mii. I hope Kenta finds another woman who likes him the way he is without turning 180 just like his siblings. Probably his childhood friend or some from his classmates or female people that he knew. It would be better.
There is always some random hot chick that a mc casually help that for some reason wants to approach but to shy. They would probable go with the fake to real couple route. Well that is usually the only hope for the mc to escape his sister/cousins before it is too late.

Only problem I see with your idea is the "author" will counter with making the sisters yandere and do all they can to prevent him from getting with another girl. His only option is to force the twins hand into absolute and total surrender from any hope of being his BEFORE looking for a relationship. I remember seeing this months back. i like how the mc was very real about how the twins acted differently during their time they were cold to him and treated him badly with accusations to calling him a pervert with no proof throughout the episode here. that's like me when it comes to people doing a complete 180 over their attitude but i wouldn't be a pushover like any other japanese mcs here. in real life, i'm not one. even though i've seen this art style and character design from other episodes here, i think this is the first i've seen it here but i might get things mixed up after watching so many random episodes from up to this point. Not to mention, thumbnail art too. also, nice to hear trina's voice again after some time off. i missed hearing from her.

There is a massive plot hole in all the stepsister plots: family borders are weak AF. The reason why incest happens relatively rare is because your body scans the pheromones and inhibits sexual attraction towards blood relatives.
Remove that and pure weight of cross-interactions pull people in same bed. That's why foster father and daughter/foster mother and son "interactions" are rather frequent and the only obstacle is the spouse.

That half is good, but I do not see him actually addressing the root of the problem. The girls not stopping the "attacks." He can stand firm to himself all day long, but if he doesn't actually drive home that the twins have been sister zoned for life, they are a not going to give him a moments peace.

This is the mc we have all been waiting for. He wasn't embarrassed or suddenly attracted to them when they said they liked him. He was genuinely creeped out and didnt believe them due to their past actions. You can't just suddenly change your personality and expect the other person to not be co fusing or weirded out. He also only viewed them as sister cause he spent his entire life thinking they are his blood related sister and like a normal person his view of them didnt suddenly change after hearing they weren't related
Finally, an MC with some sense! Although, me personally, I would've been much more aggressive about it. I've been told that I can be scary, sometimes, and I would used that to get a clear point across
If I was in the situation, due to me having more fight than flight response, I would have probably punched and booked for the door

He has the most realistic and reasonable reaction when his annoying stepsisters suddenly took a 180 with their behavior. I'm kind of satisfied with him not chosing either of them, but in turn the stepsisters worked together to make him fall inlove with them which is really bad. Stay strong MC✊🏻 Hoping for another love interest to save him from them.

Story Idea:
An adult woman (FMC) receives a wedding invitation from her childhood friend and her first love (MMC) whom she hasn’t heard from since high school. Flashback shows how during their high school days, she always teased him, but deep down she loved him but was too embarrassed to tell him. Then one day after school, the MMC wanted to ask the FMC something. He then confesses his feelings for her, but in a fit of embarrassment, she rejects him, leaving him heartbroken. The next day, feeling terrible for hurting him she tries to talk to him about what happened but instead, he ignores her. After the next few months, he treats her like she doesn’t exist. Then at graduation, he leaves for a college far from home, now realizing she hurt the one person she loved. Now on the day of the wedding, she reunites with her childhood friend. He asks if he could speak to her alone. The MMC then tells her how he felt during their days in high school and from when he confessed. Even though he was sad about the rejection, he invited her so he could let go of the past. He then tells her he really did love her, even though she didn’t but was glad he had her as a friend. After the wedding, The FMC heads home with tears in her eyes, now realizing she pushed away the man she loved into the arms of another. Once’s in bed to sleep the pain away, she wishes to go back in time to fix what she could’ve had. The next morning, she wakes up and realizes she’s back to when she was in high school. Taking this opportunity she vows to fix her relationship with her friend and to not let him go.

Let me extend the ending a bit: A few weeks of his sisters trying to change his view of them passed. He hadn't changed his mind, but the two of them had started acting like the sisters from Kiss x Sis. But unlike the MC of that anime, Kenta's mind and feelings didn't change, in tne end he got incredibly fed up with them not listening to him and ignoring his feelings, he moved out and hasn't talked to them in years. He knew they were serious, but so was he, and that wasn't gonna change
And he met someone. Probably his childhood friend who haven't seen her in years and he's super happy to see her and especially her secretly having crush on him. As Mai and Mii saw them being happy to talk to each other and became jealous. As they tried to break their relationship with each other but got backfired and Kenta already gad enough of them and decided to call out on them and openly confesses his feelings to his childhood friend, who's being a great friend to her and haven't changed when they finally met each other and spending time each other as days goes by. Mai and Mii left crying as Kenta and his childhood friend finally become a couple happily.
