This my second day clean after relapsing again and again and i gotta say kickin from fentanyl is no joke and i just wanna know what helps others the best staying clean and sober because i cannot relapse again this shit is absolute hell
Good luck I'm 5 years sober from Heroin and finally quit drinking also 2 years ago. It's hard but possible. My nephew just opened up to me that he is using Fentanyl I'm devasted and trying to get him to get help
Hope you're doing okay. Don't beat yourself up when you slip up. It's the worst thing to do to yourself is beating yourself up, loving yourself and being patient is more constructive than kicking your own self esteem.

My uncle who has gone into a recovery program and has been cleaned up for several years now is improving his life. He has a full time job. Helps out his mom. Doing his art again. Making music. It’s great to see. It’s a lot of work and self reflection. My other uncles who haven’t gone into recovery programs are dead far too early or estranged. It’s good to see Andy Roy is in a healthier place and helping others too.
Andy is a prime example that anyone can take back control of their life at any point in time! You are never to old to get clean and make your situation better! Blessings Andy!

I've been clean off the ice, dope and hard now for about 3 years. I still take Vyvanse and Addy's sometimes when I really need energy even know theirs really Kno excuse. How's methadone in the long-term? I'm getting on it soon. I was on subs for like a year, but they weren't cutting the mustard. I was also getting insane nightmares on subs that only stopped after I weaned down to like 4 mg. a day. They made me feel weird, kinda zombied-out; maybe because it's only a partial agonist, maybe because of the naloxone, but I had to get off that stuff. Hoping methadone is better. I'll probably never be able to live without something; I've tried. Fent sucks, won't even bother with that bullshit; only the patches were any good, used to chew 'em.
I hope he's doing good now 🙏🏼 I follow his story closely because he reminds me so much of myself and I wish him nothing but mad love, peace, prosperity, sobriety and happiness forever 🤙🤙🤙🤘🤘🤘 much love!!!

You have to remove yourself from the situation, run as far away as you can.
You should get into inpatient treatment and afterwards immediately move into an Oxford house. I got 2 years and some change clean today 🙏
