I often put tofu, sweet potatoes, ginger, bouillion and broccoli in mine, and some sesame oil and garlic at the end. Not common exactly, but really good.
Love it! Gonna try it this week! Been into black rice lately with a drizzle of coconut oil, honey and banana. Sometimes I'll add coconut milk to make it creamy.

Oh wow! I’ve never tried making this with black rice. I bet it’ll look cool
does it matter what kind of rice you use? I have a bunch of leftover basmati!
I haven't tried it with basmati rice but I'm sure if you cook it down long enough, it'll work!
