I think Ethan is really introverted person. Damiano, Victoria and Thomas are always jumping, laughing, shouting.. He is much more reserved and quiet. Which is awesome, according to me. But they all are fantastic. ❣️❣️❣️❣️ Go_A is a great band, too. Ukraine and Italy were stunning this year. 🇺🇦❤️🇮🇹👌
This is just so wholesome, all of the guys there enjoyed the whole process *like true Eurovision* *fans,* they lived EVERY SINGLE MOMENT they were there. All of them were friendly and humble towards each other. Here, we have the examples of Damiano, Victoria and Thomas celebrating like children, Ethan being down-to-earth and happy for Go_A and then there's Jendrik just being himself, a positive and cheerful sunshine. 😂 (how can you hate this person, he's amazing! Probably the most loveable personality out of all the contestants, shame that Germans have a negative view about him and his effort). 🇬🇷❤ 🇩🇪 🇮🇹
After the live show Jendrik was interviewed by german Tv where he made some questionable comments about how we has selected the the Eurovision participant. He basically said that he didn't care about the result and that he knew he wasn't going to get a good place with his song. He also said that he knew that the broadcaster would choose a song which a message like "i don't feel hate" - even if the actual song is bad. He kind of tricked them. After the show he was so drunk that the TV host had to stop the interview which made people even more angry. Many german eurovision fans are just angry that we always have these bad results and even our contestant doesn't care. Also the broadcaster doesn't seem to care. Besides that nobody in Germany knows who Jendrik is.
@@questionmark3219 That's nothing but a fat lie. If you want to hear some words from his perspective, go check his Instagram account. Yes, I know that he knew his song would not end up high enough but to *"trick"* the NDR into choosing his entry over other "better quality" entries, just because of the song title? You're basically telling me that they didn't even judge his song musical quality, they only judged the message? By that logic, even I can produce farts sounds with my mouth and scream "peace and love" to our broadcasters and maybe I will be selected to represent my country next year. Also, who cares if nobody in Germany doesn't know him, he was amazing! Not everyone has to be famous to compete in this contest! Yeah, he might have placed 25th but his song still had quality, in my opinion. It just was a really tough Grand Final, otherwise he would have at least had scored some televote points! I enjoyed EVERY SINGLE ASPECT OF HIS SONG!
@@pikosapikos13 There is a whole Interview of Jendrik on the youtube channel of esc-kompakt which was filmed after she show for several tv networks, but it's in German. There you can see it for yourself. Even the german hardcore-eurovision-fans were speechless after his statement. They had the impression that their contestant had exposed how little the broadcaster cares about good results by sending these kind of songs. It seemend like Jendrik only cared about his personal eurovision experience while knowing that he won't do well. For eurovision fans in Germany that was kinda hard to hear.
@@questionmark3219 I watched that interview and I actually expected worse after his apologies. All he is saying is that he applied with a song that he thought would do well in the internal selection even if he was not so sure about the international eurovision public. I don't think you can blame him for choosing the song with the highest chances of success for a selection. Who wouldn't? I think the problem shown here is that NDR and ARD don't really now what the international public wants. I don't even think they don't care, I think it's mostly old people choosing what they think is modern and appealing. And like usually that didn't work out well. Not like our national finals work out better most of the time. You are right that nobody knew him before, but I as a German eurovision fan am delighted that he was introduced to us this year!
It was absolutely horrendous !! I was sat watching in the UK (1/4 Ukrainian, and gladly found Go_A when they entered Vidbir..) That wait until the last announcement was so unbearable !!
Why not go on a video about their acts and tell them that then. There's no need to be on a video about Italy and Ukraine if that's your message. Spread positivity.
No matter what happens, Ethan will always nod in approval
TRUE AHAHHAHAHAH
