    The 13" Mini-Band, like the Quantum Hip Band and Dynamic Stabilizer Band, is designed to train the Glute Medius and Glute Minimus. The role of these muscles is to help maintain hip joint stability while walking, running, jumping, climbing, hiking and cutting movements. It is often referred to as the rotator cuff of the hip.
    Placing the mini-band above the knee allows for unlimited standing, walking and running based exercises to be performed that in turn build incredible hip stability strength.
