I see you have a lot of 3 drops, what about running tri-beam improbulater and maybe throwing in flash of brilliance and sump fumes? as tri-beam keeps buff when copied as well.
Please make encroaching shadows deck for bandle city and noxus and , pnz and bildge and shurima is not as good but can be fun and other region if i forgot

@@rexvyoli8657 Why would the opponent play hourglass when he does that? He would be better off just passing, the worst case scenario there is burning some mana, but it's not really an issue, because he has enough anyway.
