I download this to look at it but downloaded the demo BUT could not do sodd all half the stuff greyed out and not export anywhere to test what was made, NOT spending near $ 200 NZ on a beat I can't try out proberly
Ah I’ve never tried the demo. Yeah you need to feel 100% before investing . Maybe they should have done a working demo but for a limited amount of exports. But I agree . People shouldn’t buy things they not 100% happy with :) thanks for the message mate :)
I still haven't been able to get it running, or getting past how to get past not enough memory. Running 32gb DDR4 and a RTX4070. Will see if this new version addresses this issue.
Cool. So regarding skin quality and textures, it is still not high resolution on UE5.4 or there is a work around this? Also, can these character have metahuman animator and the ability to play with face/body animation of them or no?
The textures look fine but not there for extreme close ups . Apparently they do with the rig but I’m going to have to dig deeper on this and the MH animator. They seem to work with ark kit for sure but I can’t say yet about animator etc.
Yeah . Look I really like this company. The people seem sincere and really excited about what they do. If they can just give us a few more great things . Like MH animator and better optimisation options with uv maps etc I think they will start making a dent. I’m routing for them. Also more flexibility in creating characters . They have a way to go still but I do see this as promising and like I said , hoping the best for them:) have a great weekend mate :)
I had high hopes when seeing Reblium but not sure if it is worth buying and what the future may be. So far I am using character creator 4. Can the purchased be exported easily to Unity?
We use cc for production. Cc 4 is really nice :) I am starting to use reblium a lot with personal stuff and I like it. If you buy everything for cc then it’s extremely powerful but costs a lot. Reblium is 99 and done but doesn’t come close to the power of cc. So I have no idea if you can 1 click into unity. I don’t use unity but you can certainly export out the fbx and export it that way. Then just hook up the materials n textures . Bit longer but will definitely work. In unreal there is a one click option which is nice :)
I think of your not using it for super close ups it’s going to be fine . But if you want to see the pores on the face close then no :) have a good weekend:)
@@imagineeverything judging from this video it looks like they are dividing the 4K texture map into nine cubes which is less than 512x512 for the face. So you tell me lol
@@WillyCash69 Yeah exactly. But actually seeing it in Unreal. It still looks fine with long shots and half body shots. Anything closer and you can start to see it fall apart a bit:( I think they will definitely work on this though. Its a big one:)
Thanks for the update!
Thanks my friend :) have yourself a great weekend 🫡
Perfecto 🤩
Thanks mate :)

Whoa seriously. If you cant get it to work then contact them. Your machine is well good enough to run it. I hope the updates helps mate.
make a shortcut to the exe and add the -dx11 flag, worked for me

@@imagineeverything i think rigging + metahuman animator + relaiable high texuters will make reblium unbeatable and the standard for cinematics UE5 🤞

I was hoping you did an update!
Ok so bottom line, its now half way there but since its super low res, its still not ready for serious work.
Hope it helped mate :)
