Mapai Transport Invests K8 Million in 10 New Trucks

A Papua New Guinean company has invested K8 million in 10 new trucks against the backdrop of tough economic times.
Mapai Transport bought in the new trucks as part of a strategy to boost confidence for its many clients.
Owner Jacob Luke also went one step further to register 10 different companies under the names of 10 long serving drivers.
He also gave them 10 former Mapai trucks which will be given sub-contracts by Mapai.
