Tempests make for excellent bees, though I don't like how the AI tends to dump their drones into the enemy at the first chance they get. Like let the drones do a little pew pew shooty first, and don't launch them until their shields are down... Sheesh.
@@Kurazarrh what would you do if a fleet of 10 fury and 20 vigilances armed with salamanders and Arbalest autocannons pursue your fleet and forced you to fight a pitched battle.
@@Kurazarrh what would you do if you found a planet that is basically perfect and self sufficient that calls out to you and your crew to land on it but as you visit more systems in Abyssal hyperspace, you see the planet present in the system it was originally not present in as if it arrived waiting for you in normal space at the system you are exploring. Each time you approach the planet the call becomes stronger and the crew would suffer from worser morale issues if you refuse to let them set foot on the planet. Would you sell the data and try to get another faction's fleet to follow you to the planet to see what happens or sat bomb it as it is too suspicious.
Is Endless Skies the spiritual successor to this game? Used to play that a lot and it looks like this Edit: not stylistically, but the menus and gameplay
The games aren't related, but they're also not the only top-down space sims out there! Starsector is also still in development, and it looks like Endless Sky is, too. So more like sister games than successors!
Looking good.
Thanks! The bees are coming together!

Absolutely rekt Invictus, that's for sure!
@@Kurazarrh "I can fix her" Takes hull restoration.
Tempest terminators best bees but upgrade supplies logistics to accommodate.

@@addisonchow9798 Right now? In this episode? I'd reload the game! XD But there will come a point where even that is no match for the Angry Bees!

9:37 Do they mean the artifact that you haven't recovered yet?
They want the "research package" which I think is basically the thing we'll use to analyze the artifact.
