I still wonder why Roman dragged Angelina body away after he killed her I know to originally make it look like a fake out cause she was originally suppose to been Ghostface alongside Roman but that script didn't happen so still want to know why Roman dragged Angelina body away.
I love the Jay and Silent Bob cameo, I know that it's weird to see it in a horror movie but it does make sense considering Jay and Silent Bob strike back
I comment this a bunch but I consider Scream 3 to be *my* Scream movie. Very few people actually seem to like it much other than me and I got to go watch it in the theater for my birthday as one of the first horror movies I watched like that after I became a horror fan. It was also one of the first DVDs I ever owned back when that actually seemed like it meant something and because of that and the lack of many other options at the time, I watched it tons of times and watched every single special feature. It's special to me. Also, a few months ago, Dr. Wolfula really helped me get through a very tough time in my life. He'll never really know about it but he helped me a lot.
Woah! my parents took me to see this for my bday too! (i was begging them and they finally let me but since it was so late, it was only playing at a discount theater in April 2000, also i was only turning 9 that year which is kind of crazy in retrospect) but it is my most memorable bday because i actually enjoyed Scream 3! my mom was giggling alot at Parker Posey lines! Dr. Wolfula also has gotten me through tough times, glad to hear your doing better :)
That always bothered me too lol. Why not ask Dewey or even Gale? Maybe Sidney's dad. Going after someone obviously close to Sidney would have made much more sense.
And I bet Scream 7 Sam gonna have a long lost brother she didn't know about and turn out it's her twin and their mother gave him up to the system and chose to only raise Sam and he holds a vendetta against Sam and wants to kill her ugh let me not give Hollywood ideas.
Thanks for the dedication on getting this review re-uploaded, Doc. Even if it's the weakest of the film's, Scream 3 still fun watch for Parker Posey's performance.
I enjoyed Scream 3 yeah it's the goofiest and hated installment in the franchise but I still enjoyed it and it kept the story intact furthering exploring Maureen Prescott pass this installment carried more story over the first two movies.
Literally same! This is my favorite film from franchise, not the best but personal favorite. The best is obviously the first film. But I love this film overall, all of it's flaws and all
Was never a big fan of this until re-watching on 4K recently... I legit think its just as good as 2 now. I loved the nu-metal soundtrack back in 2000 when I was 17... and still do.
24:18 dr.Wolfula going “wee that looks fun” had me laughing because of how out of left field it is but yet it feels like a riff you would hear on MST3K
The great thing about Scream as a franchise is there's no bad movie. Even the weaker films (like 3) have their value and arent as bad as people made out to be
I hated the retcon of Billy and Stu not the ones that started the events of the franchise and that a sibling of Sidney she never even knew about was the cause of everything but I learned to accept it being part of Scream lore now ugh other than that Scream 3 not a bad movie Scream don't have a bad movie to me 3 is not the best in the franchise but it's watchable at least in my opinion.
The showdown between Sidney and Roman is the best in the series them fighting each other was really intense and they were equals playing off the fact if they siblings they suppose to be equals I do like the final act more.
19:10 RIP Chris Farley..we still miss you 💙 Also I think this is actually the scariest role I've seen Hendrickson in. Near Dark I'd probably join him, here I wish he'd go through that window.
The cameo of Jay and bob was also okayed by Wes Craven who’s always liked and supported Kevin Smith’s movies and you’ll see a lot of Kevin Smith references in the fourth film in particular in the background. In other movies you’ll see that there’s a lot of references to each other’s works. They both had a lot of respect for one another.
@@warrenrhinerson6373Side effect of obsessing over Scooby-Doo too much I guess...I'm guilty of this also and will deflect my guilt on Ghoulash also ..That's why he's here anyway..😅
Geez David Arquette's (Dewey's) stuntman must have been hating life during the filming of this movie. Had to fall down two hills (one of them at length) AND down a flight of stairs. Not to mention the other physical stunts involving Dewey's character getting roughed up.
I’ve said it once I’ll say it again This movie would’ve worked better if Roman being Sidney’s brother was revealed early on and him being the killer was the shocking twist Imagine roman reaching out to Sidney, managing to gain her trust and really building that brother/sister dynamic only to betray her right when that dynamic reaches its high point That could’ve been powerful
Fun fact: When Sidney jumped out behind the bar and stabbed Roman in the shoulder, Neve actually missed the pad she was supposed to stab and actually stabbed Scott Foley for real so when he screams it’s not fake he was legit in pain
By the way, a little known fact is Wes Craven did a lot of the uncredited rewrites because he didn’t feel that the guy they hired to make the script understood the scream franchise. He changed a lot of different dialogue.
@@aliasocfan3199 ah that makes sense. I somehow remember it being 25 minutes or so too. Glad Doc was able to get his original version out there for us and got whoever to fuck off
You've never seen Dawson's Creek? Honestly, you're not missing much, although they did do an episode that was sort of a parody of The Blair Witch Project which was kinda interesting at the time.
I'd love to see the Doctor doing a riffview of Amityville Mt. Misery Road. Though it will be cruel to ask for it. That has to be the worst movie I've ever seen.
I've never understood the appeal to this franchise. The first movie was the only one worth mentioning. Amazing how much the name Wes Craven can get stamped on horseshit and people call it a masterpiece
Honestly, I think the dream sequence with Sidney’s mother was the scariest scene in the whole franchise
How ?
I was about 9-10 when I first watched this and Sidney’s mom haunted my dreams and night time scaries for at least a couple months
Well it is a Salem's Lot homage and Salem's Lot 1979 TV mini series was scary as hell.
Yeah, due to how stupid it is.
Maybe not the whole franchise, but definitely for Scream 3. Love that scene.
I still wonder why Roman dragged Angelina body away after he killed her I know to originally make it look like a fake out cause she was originally suppose to been Ghostface alongside Roman but that script didn't happen so still want to know why Roman dragged Angelina body away.
So Gale and Jennifer could do theirs Disney Channel scream for the trailer of course!
Here’s a twist, Angelina is Sam and Tara’s mom, dun dun duuuuun
I love the Jay and Silent Bob cameo, I know that it's weird to see it in a horror movie but it does make sense considering Jay and Silent Bob strike back
Never was a big fan of this franchise. But I do like how clumsy Ghostface can be.
Weather it's supposed to be funny or not.... it's fucking hilarious!

Gale’s bangs are like that because David Arquette said Courtney should cut them to look like Betty Page. That was the end result
No wonder she divorced his ass
Why the hell would Cotton know where Sydney is hiding at? It's strange that ghostface would ask him that. Or am i missing something?
That always bothered me too lol. Why not ask Dewey or even Gale? Maybe Sidney's dad. Going after someone obviously close to Sidney would have made much more sense.

Jennifer carried this entire movie 😂
You wrong. 😂😂😂😂
Yep yep😂 sadly she died
“My lawyer liked that!” Lol
Thanks for the dedication on getting this review re-uploaded, Doc. Even if it's the weakest of the film's, Scream 3 still fun watch for Parker Posey's performance.
I like to think Roman showed up and blackmailed John Milton into giving him the Director gig.
That makes sense
Another reason for me to watch this for the 10th time. 🍿
the "UNCUT" on the thumbnail pointing at gale's bangs 😭
I just commented on that..
lmbo
I enjoyed Scream 3 yeah it's the goofiest and hated installment in the franchise but I still enjoyed it and it kept the story intact furthering exploring Maureen Prescott pass this installment carried more story over the first two movies.
This is actually my favorite Scream film. I'm aware of some of its issues but it's the one that captivated me and entertained me the most.

Dr Wolfula with the ABSOLUTE BEST vid reviews !!!!

Carrie fisher also did some uncredited ghost writing for this script and other movies too rip to a legend.

The whole retcon with Roman is weirder now, since 4-6 don’t even reference it ever again.
Format your comments, please. That was a headache to try to read.

Hey doc didn’t we cover this movie already? Or did goulash screw up again?
other version had bits cut out

THIS is why I am subscribed.
Wolfy buries this film, this is more memorable than the actual film.
I like the film, Richard Dawsin's Creek Survey says.... death!
Carrie Fisher’s cameo was the best of the four cameos
I love Scream 3 unpopular opinion I know
Not that unpopular. This movie did have some things going for it.
When are we getting this on Blu-ray?
Thanks Doc.
I love your reviews and I genuinely laugh out loud all the way through.
Awesome content, awesome character, awesome channel.

Honestly I think dr Wolf Ulla should review the movie Hostel I wanna know his reaction to that and the alt ending of it
I’m pretty sure this is Goulog in a werewolf costume. We are all fooled.
Parker Posey is the MVP

Perfect timing, just finished your Scream 2 review and was in search for the sequel review.
I dunno why. But the docs joy over the alien seems so genuine and wholesome

You can never go wrong with
the great Chris Farley. (R.I.P.)
Always a great day when Dr wolfula posts a riffveiw.
Krafty Kunt😂 You rock Doc!
So did anyone else go into the theater totally convinced Parker Posey was gonna be the killer? She does crazy so well.
Ghoulash: who you callin cheap sht? I’ve never even been to party city
Video came out May 2 right on my Birthday 🎂🎉. Woo also love the reviews.
Look at that lil alien guy !!!

Maybe the only person who is still this critical of Scream 3 today!
We need scream IV riffview asap lol
Lucky for me at the time I didn't know what the internet was. I didn't know bat man and robin was hated.

Review The Grudge series or The Ring series as well. I FUCKING LOVE YOUR CHANNEL 🎃
scream 4 and 6 solidified my hate for this entire series
Strange I didn't notice any change from the previous upload. Is it just more footage of the movie or did I miss something?
Wasn't this already uploaded before?
it's 2023 and school shootings are still unfamiliar in my country. The USA is just built differently.
Wasn't this video released a month or two ago? Or am I losing my mind
I think it had some serious copyright issues so that one was really cut down.
