Literally just 20 minutes ago I had the same experience with the flex hose and hydraulic hose. I was able to find a supplement online where bendpak talks about cutting it to length but nowhere in the instructions does it say to do that.

This week installing the bendpak hd973p triple stacker i ran into the same problem with the flex hose. First time intalling Bendpak as we almost always deal with challenger or Rotary. I ended up eliminating it and using sheath instead since there was no information on it otherwise, especially with the triple stacker .Wish i would have found this video sooner

great video, only thing i would add is sounds like you are not level or something not in sync. During the test lift the locks are not hitting at same time. They should all snap in about the exact same time.

They unfortunately never will be perfect. We always move them around in the warehouse for different cars. I also like to hear the click individually, so I know all of the safety locks are engaging.

Is there a specific kind of teflon tape for the elbows of the feed and return lines of the hydraulic ram? That stupid flex hose drove me crazy!

No, I used just plumbers teflon. There is automotive Teflon that you can brush on works too, if your struggling with a fitting clean it up, give it a couple wraps then brush some automotive flon on it and it won’t leak.

Is there any support for the rod end of the cylinder when extended ?

No support, once the cables tighten the rod is more or less supported by the cable tension. There are pads on the top section of unit where the cables attach so it does not scratch the ramp when lifting.

Sorry if I skipped over any of this, but:
Is that a 110v motor instead of 220 like the spec sheet says for that lift?
Did you set the runways on their narrow setting or wide? If setting on the wide, do drip trays and the jacks still work?

Bendpak offers a 110v or 220v option, we ordered the caster kit so they can be moved around the warehouse as needed and plugged in with a 110v outlet.
Runways are wide setting and the treys work great. I’m not sure what you mean by jacks?

Any issues tripping a breaker with the 110v? I have the same option and see they show Full load amps of 26 amps.
