    Holy moly you are a life saver and a sanity saver. I am still flabbergasted by the fact that this dryer has no other way to remove that sound... useful if your laundry room is in a cement basement, not so much when you are in a cardboard-wall appartment building...

    • @JesseCuster
      @JesseCuster Год назад +13

      I'm flabbergasted someone thought that 1) This buzzer sound was acceptable and B) to have it do it TWICE, once when the cool cycle begins and another when it's over. I disconnected my buzzer and my quality of life has gone up 37%.
      If you're cooking something, yes. An obnoxious sound like that can be useful. You don't want to turn your lasagne to a cinder. But holy crap.
      When Armageddon begins, and all the ranks of angels with flaming swords and the hordes of demons in hell need to know when it's kick-off time, THAT buzzer will sound.

    The loudness of the buzzer is inexcusable, and the absense of an ON/OFF switch makes you wonder what the hell they were thinking. It even buzzes a second time five or ten minutes after the first buzz. Thank you so much for the video. Going to disable that buzzer as soon as I can.

    Thanks for doing the job of those who sold me the dryer. The customer is considered a piece of crap today.

    Thank you! I can’t dry clothes if anyone is asleep in the house. I’m going to try this tomorrow.

    Probably one of the worst design features of all time. The idea that they couldn't at the bare minimum add an on/off for the buzzer is laughable at best. Thank you for the video. It was the first recommended video
