Thanks for a great video. How easy is it to move from company accommodation to your own purchased property? It would be great to take advantage of the accommodation allowance paying your mortgage, but it seems a risk to buy a property straight away when joining. Perhaps you could use company accommodation for the first 3/6 months? Thanks

I’m still 19 years old and on ground school and I would love to work for Emirates some day, although I’m very close to my family and being a private person I think I might get lonely? My concerns are: Can the 42 days annual leave be split in like 5-6 weeks so that I can fly back home more often or they must be all in a row?; Can I get cheap tickets for my family for them to visit me in Dubai sometimes?
Thank you once more for your in depth video, greetings from Portugal :)

    • @CanerAcarbay

Hey, well I wouldn't count this. You will spent almost 2 years for training. You will spend much more money than rest of the people who are taking their training. Also, don't forget they don't give you 100% job offer (correct me if I'm wrong) if you are an expat. Therefore I wouldn't rely on the EFTA for an FO position in B777.

    • @CanerAcarbay

Each hotel and destination is different. Basically they calculate to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the hotel you are residing. They have an agreement with the hotel. Generally discount is 50%. In addition that your check in and check out hours will decide if you are eligible breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you stay 24 hours, you are generally entitled breakfast-lunch-dinner. They calculate your allowance based on these meals.
