How much you are willing to share varies from person to person. Some are more open, some are more private, and there is nothing inherently wrong with either.
And if you don't respect someone else's boundaries... Rather than mature, this is more likely to come across as overbearing.

This is one reason why I tune out when women claim that they were abused. If she purposely sought out a man who exhibited toxic behavior, then she is not a victim, but a volunteer.
@@Eternal_Tech Exactly. Women know exactly who they choose. They have 20 men on every finger. In fact, they have so many options, that women mostly are annoyed by the amount of men, and to reject them all the time. And men who actually care for the women, are nowadays mocked as ''simps'' ... only the guys who treat women like trash are considered as ''hot'' (or to put it better: the guys who are hot, are taking women for granted, and treat them like trash).
Women are not stupid. Therefore: every victim chooses to be victim in the first place. They know what they choose. They literally love to be abused. Dont know why, but i dont need to understand it. In fact, i found it interesting, how much women love to be abused.
@@PygmalionFaciebatWhat the hell are you talking about? Women want sweet love like in films and series, that's why romantic k-dramas are so popular, that's why many women are single and child free in 21th century. Women loving bad guys is a stereotype, they think that he'll be nice with her, or that they'll change him, or they have no much choice (you know, a man over 30 and a woman over 30 are absolutely different positions), or they deserve each other, or a man that was nice at the beginning of relationships changed after the marriage which is the most common, but they definitely don't like abusers. They often don't leave because that's how their childhood worked. That's how their families where a mother is abused and financially dependent on her husband worked. That's a problem of GENERATIONS. Seeing the nonsense that you wrote, I'm starting to think that you guys never had a close female friend and you know nothing about most women. Maybe only about some "cool" defiant girls rejecting crowds of guys and then finding a badass man just like her. But it has nothing to deal with real abuse, it's just a temporary toxic relationship that everyone will remember with cringe, shame, or anger.

When my partner checks my phone it's not just my privacy, it's that of my friends, many of which are shared. Whilst he can freely use my phone, desktop, etc. I also trust him to not snoop everywhere because I am told things in private by my closest friends.
They are aware of this as well and can adjust accordingly, by leaving very personal stuff to voice/in person or trusting him to not snoop. Especially shared friends know he doesn't care, neither do I care about his DMs. I trust him.
