I wanna thank you for this recipe. For years, I tried to make chicken breast at home ,they were always tough. I didn’t think that 20 minutes was enough time to cook the chicken but when I tested the temperature it was perfect , juicy , and delicious. Thank you so much for this recipe.❤
I think you are spot on with the higher heat of 420. A lot of ppl will suggest 350 or 375. I feel the less time in the heat the less chance of dying it out,so cooking it fast seems to work best. We’ve all had dry chicken and no one likes that lol. Thanks for posting.

if you don't have an electric oven, and only have gas what gas mark would you recommend. ive not cooked chicken for a good while now, but when i did i always placed foil over the top and placed in the oven on top shelf. i'd cook for round about 40 mins then turn the chicken over for another 40 mins on gas mark 6-7. was i cooking the chicken breast to long and also do you need to place foil over the chicken whilst cooking, i guess people have their own way of cooking chicken breast.

It's good for them.....helps build character. I used to sneak in jalapenos into my kids baby food when they were like three months old.....they turned out fine!

Yes, you can definitely do that and store the seasoning in a zipclose bag for next time!

So I'm a meat inspector and rule #1 never ever cook any meats with foil.....look it up .....just some advice....but it has led to some cancer cases...
Everything gives you cancer. Burnt toast, oxygen, sunlight, smoke, brine. It's inevitable. At least aluminum is not very reactive in the body.
Agreed. Just recently saw some studies on this. There's also the aluminium/alzheimers research.
FDA has made sure everything gives us cancer..Cancer Loves Sugar..imo..cabal/aluminatti/secret societies want us sick & dead..
