You mentioned not treating the labs but the patient… Scenario: If you had someone with MS like symptoms and severe autonomic dysfunction, but no labs or imaging are clearly indicating, how would you go about treating the patient?
Did you mention that wormwood is a biofilm disruptor? I’ve been taking it off and on for a couple months and it seems to be helping slowly I’ve read that you can’t take it more than two weeks but I can’t handle more than two drops a day opposed to recommended amount. Is it OK to take it longer since I’m doing small dosage?
Hello doctor, I had a risky sexual relationship (without a condom) with a person who was diagnosed with mycoplasma hominis (MH). 10 days after sexual intercourse I started to feel testicular pain. I have no other symptoms, no discharge, no fever, the pain is sometimes sharp and sometimes "dull". I went to a medical center and they gave me doxycycline 100 mg twice a day for 14 days. The first week the pain persisted, the second week the pain became less evident. Two days after completing my treatment with doxycycline, the testicular pain returned so they gave me 1 g of azithromycin as a single dose. The two days after azithromycin I had no testicular pain, but on the third day the pain returned. What do you recommend and why is the antibiotic not working?

I don't believe that wormwood is a biofilm disruptor...
Is there a video addressing the second part of the question regarding OCD? I have been unable to find it. Thank you.
