Can you do that during a game like against real players? I find it normal if this is possible only during a warmup or when sv_cheats is on so you can see where your nade is going.
Its not an issue though, its supposed to move the bodies so you can see where the molly is going to land. Also, lets not act like cs2 is a new game, its an update, which is massive for valve tbh however hardly a new game

I think so too, else it would be able to move weapons too
The problem here is that ragdolls in cs2 aren't client sided so everyone can see that body move
