since i've started hooping, i've realized what a mental sport hooping is! your videos are so effective because you incorporate the mental element. it means so much to hear you say "this takes work, but you can do it if you stay positive and keep practicing!" thanks so much, all your videos are so wonderful and helpful

Deanne you are a genius! I've been hooping for only 2.5 months and I thought I'd learn this incredible move in a couple of years... But your idea to break it up in the three steps is incredible! It took me 1 week to get the first step, but then only 1 day to get step 2, and another day to get step 3. I am dong this move after 9 days of practice!! THANK YOU!!

You are truly an amazing teacher and in every tutorial I get inspired to further and find my own flow inside the hoop. Sometimes I get stuck and think I don't have the time but you remind me to slow down, relax, and that I can do it no matter what! It's what I love. Thank you!

I got it! Practicing in discrete steps really helped me figure out what I needed to do. I was having trouble with the 2 turns/break on my right side. Finally figured out I wasn't twisting enough on that side. Once I fixed that, it all came together. Xoxo

Hey Deanne! You are such a wonderful teacher, thank youuu ! I just wanted to know if you have already thought of the idea of sorting all these tutorials by levels? i am getting a bit confused when looking for new tricks because you ofter refer to older videos which explains simpler tricks but we don't always know where to find them! Just having number at the beginning of the video's title would be really helpful ! Keep on like that :) :)

    My hoop is too heavy!
It keeps going all wobbly and the front falls and hits the ground and I just cannot do it!
I've been hooping on and off for about 2 years (pregnancy was part of that where I didn't hoop at all.) But I just can't do many tricks other than vortex.
I have no idea what hoop to get for my height and weight.
