I’d agree best song on the album so far for me :) what tuning is it in? the six string has me baffled haha

It’s a Subzero Rouge Vi Baritone. It has a 30” scale length. This is not your average 6 string at 25.5” or 7 at 27”. I’m thinking it double Drop D# but I could be wrong

Dude, I'm really enjoying the new album, Erra never disappoints. Also yeah as @Return2TheLiving said, it's a baritone, so 30" scale lenght and the tuning is Double Drop D#. I could have used my 7 string but for this kind of riff the baritone felt better to me. It's basically a 6 string with standard tuning, but one octave below the "normal" standard 6 strings tuning.

Damn man, I gotta learn this now, it's been in my head since it released. Love the guitar as well, I have the same Subzero, it's so clean. Do you mind sharing what you used as in device/software to get that tone? I've been thinking of getting a focusrite but I'm abit useless at knowing which one I should try to get and what software.

Hey man! I've been getting a lot of questions lately about my tone so a tutorial video on how to get a good tone out of that SubZero is in the works! Just trying to figure out how to do it because I really suck at talking and I've never really done a video like that lol.

By the way, there's quite a few things involved in getting a good tone, especially with baritones guitar. I'm using my UAD Apollo Twin for the DI, then, well, in this particular case there quite a lot of things going on. But you don't really need that to get a really good tone - it's easier than you think, I'll show you soon!

Hell yeah, I'm view number 666. Great cover! I just picked up the same baritone. Looking forward to actually learning to use it, lol.
