honestly, i am not sure how many people have really an allergy to gluten and the alternatives contain much suger, like maize, buckwheet, and others and if we would eat salad veggies fruits the occasion cookie would not be harmful at all, even so organic eggs and meat. i do not eat much eggs anymore,since even organic eggs hare sad mothers but there is no alternative that is really good
