Jack Ruby's timely time-stamped visit to Western Union

  • On Sunday, November 24, 1963 Dallas Police Det. James Leavelle wore a white suit. Wearing a white suit in Dallas 48 hours after JFK's assassination was as meaningful as wearing a clown costume to a funeral. It was an insult that made no sense. Leavelle was the only man who wore a full white business suit in Dallas during that entire weekend. And, it was on the day that he was escorting Oswald the "patsy" to his death in the police station. Was Leavelle ordered to wear the white suit? Was he told what to do, unknowingly playing a pivotal role in Ruby's mission to murder Oswald. Or, was he intentionally sending a signal to Ruby as part of a well choreographed maneuver to allow Ruby to be in the optimum position at the proper time? You can decide after viewing this video.

It’s amazing under mass confusion and chaos, the Dallas police department solved two murders, one being the assassination of the President is a matter of a few hours. 6 hours after the assassination countries around the world were already printing Oswald’s photo into their newspapers.
When was the last time a murder was solved this quickly? As we could hear him say, Fritz I believe correct me if I’m wrong, “without giving detail as to the evidence before I speak to the District Attorney, we have this cinched.”
That’s really impressive work boys. It’s almost as if someone handed you a fully developed investigation of two highly publicized public murders in one nice neat package. Weird!
The skill, coordination, and genius of the Dallas PD in 1963 was off the charts.

The killing of JFK has left tremors around the world until this day. It was a coup of the American government by Americans. The single most criminal act against our citizenry that has ever been undertaken and will never be solved or brought to justice. Just seeing the man carry the murder weapon through a crowd makes me sick. I was a homicide investigator and also protected dignitaries in my career. The lax security over the entire three days is mind boggling. Some can be chalked up to people wanting their 15 minutes of fame, which I have seen at many murder scenes, but others astound me with the blatant incompetence. Some has to be placed at the feet of a cover up.I watched Ruby shoot Oswald live on TV as a kid. I will never forget it. My heart breaks at the injustice of it all to this day.

William, it does make one's soul ache to see the level of controlled chaos and incompetence at work here to prevent us from ever knowing the truth. Watching this, much of it I've never seen before, it's obvious it was orchestrated that way, all of it, from the body being taken away illegally before an autopsy could be performed in Dallas, to the murder of Oswald. It was a coup d'état from which this country never recovered, and unfortunately never will. And collectively we know it at our deepest core.

Agreed. The way they paraded Oswalt down that hallway in front of reports 11 times was unbelievable . Reporters could never get inside a police station these days. Somehow the international media had a full bio life story of Oswalds printed in newspapers around the world the next morning before Oswalt had ever been “convicted” in Dallas. This was the beginning of broadcast journalism and now in 2020 by looking at back at all of the avavliable media from the day (hundreds of hours) you can conclude that the infancy of broadcast journalism contributed to the overall conspiracy. This day was the day the rouge cia seized the control and the future direction of broadcast journalism.

Oswald's motive is never discussed in the official version of the events. Mainly because he didn't have one. WC and it's supporters usually mention his need to make a name for himself, to have his moment. Did we hear, "Long live Cuba!" of "JFK had to die because of ..." or anything along those lines? NO. Instead, we hear "no sir I didn't shoot anyone". So much for taking advantage of the opportunity to make a name for himself or to be known for doing something significant.

Oswald apparently didn't have it in for JFK, and maybe even liked him. I too was troubled by lack of motive. Then James Reston Jr. wrote a book that for me explains it all. He argues that Oswald had a dishonorable discharge (that was done, unjustly, after his service ended because he defected to Russian). That kept him from getting jobs. He was obsessed about it and felt it kept him in poverty. So Reston thinks Oswald's real target was Connally. Connally had been Secretary of the Navy at the time (Oswald had been a Marine). Oswald appealed to Connally to remove the stigma of the dishonorable discharge but Connally refused. So Oswald may have had a motive to kill Connally and JFK was simply in the way.

Leavelle has always overstated his actions at the time of shooting. He stated he saw Ruby with a gun down by his side. He stated as Ruby reached out with his hand, Leavelle pulled on LHO causing him to twist which resulted in LHO being shot more on the left side than straight on. Look at the well known photos of the shooting. As Ruby reaches out, Leavelle is looking FORWARD! Done of the images show Leavelle looking in Ruby's direction. Also, Ruby shows up approximately 1 hour and 20 mins after the scheduled transfer time and it just happens to be right on time to see LHO being brought out. Broadcasted comments that day state that extreme security measures had been taken. Measures never before seen in Dallas. And yet a member of the public, carrying a gun was able to walk down the ramp just moments before the transfer? Just use common sense.

Most younger people do not know nor do they understand because since this assassination, our culture is being systematically destroyed. But, it was considered improper for a man to wear a light colored suit in winter. And, I can tell you without a doubt, a police detectives wife in those days would never lay out a light colored suit for her husband period, not in November. It was to make Oswald easy to find and kill in the crowd. It makes me sick to my stomach when I go into department stores these days and find that half the neck ties for sale are already tied. Very interesting theory! Leavelle actually said that he interviewed Oswald only once and it happened that Sunday morning on the 3rd floor of the police station...that's strange. He also knew Jack Ruby and he lied when he said that he saw Ruby rushing towards Oswald. The video clearly shows he was looking in another direction. The attitude of Captain Fritz is also strange. He is walking in front of them and does not even react when the shot is fired just behind him. He then gently turned as if he was expecting it. Imagine the noise of this shot in a basement!
For sure Ruby received a signal to enter just before the transfer. The original timing agreed by the DPD was 10:00 am (Warren Report). I also found an audio of Ruby where he said that he knew the time was 10:00am, not 11:21am.

Rather than Ruby waiting for Oswald, it was most likely the other way around. Officials stalled with the interrogation upstairs until it could be seen from the window that Ruby was leaving the Western Union office across the parking lot where he had conveniently established a time stamp. Once they knew Ruby was downstairs in the garage waiting, they moved Oswald. The conspicuous car horn sounds like a signal just moments before Oswald appears. We now know that Oswald was trained by Navy Intelligence and had several CIA "handlers" including George de Mohrenshield, Ruth Paine and husband Michael (who looked enough like Oswald to be his double) and Pricilla Johnson McMillan. A wax gunpowder residue test showed Oswald had not fired a rifle, but was discarded. Witnesses like Carolyn Arnold that corroborated Oswald's alibi that he was downstairs in or near the lunchroom were either ignored or their affidavits were altered. Oswald was exactly what he said he was: "a patsy," set-up to take the fall and publicly shot down by Ruby, a known associate of organized crime, before he could be put on trial.

  • @jamesbond4633

I think Oswald was an intelligence asset. He kept saying Legal Representation ...or LEgal Assistance and emphasizing it. That was a message to get him out of there. I believe Clay Shaw contacted a lawyer in New Orleans to do just that. It could not be just any lawyer but one that would keep their mouth shut about anything Oswald might say about the government etc. Ruby in his Warren Commission testimony tells you why he shot Oswald. He kept talking about his sister ...whom he was living with ..who just got out of the hospital. Now why would you do that? He kept saying she was a good woman or things to that affect. For sure if Ruby did not shoot Oswald he and his sister would have been killed. Motivation. Oswald also gave out tips to who was involved among other things. He said they were charging him because he had been to Russia. To Roger Craig he mentioned the Rambler and then said do not bring Ruth Paine into this. Obviously that was a clue to do just that. He hated her and I think he knew her and her husband were Intelligence assets too. I believe Oswald was never to have made it as far as he did into the weekend. He was to have been killed at the book depository or the movie theatre. The extra time has now allowed us to view the assassination in a more skeptical light because of that.

If you watch Lee's reactions, he seems most upset coming out of the lineup. I think that is right after he was told he was being charged for the murder. Previous interviews he calmly states he has not been charged and knows nothing about it. His change of attitude makes me believe that in earlier questions, he did not know what they were doing with him. I believe there were corrupt people involved from the lowest power points at the Dallas police station all the way through the Secret service, cia, fbi, mafia and on into the whitehouse possibly. There almost has to be cooperation from all these agencies. Not the agencies themselves but from people in authorities positions within them. I once saw a video of the ss guy shrugging his shoulders at someone who ordered him off of Kennedy's car right before they started in Dallas as if to say "wtf". I remember reading of one guy in law enforcement (I don't remember his name or affiliation) who walked into the room where Oswald was being "interrogated." He thought it was curious that nobody was taking notes. Imagine that! They seemed to be waiting for an appropriate moment to take Oswald downstairs. Someone in charge asked the writer if he had any questions for Oswald. As-in "golly gee shucks, we've got a little time here." It didn't occur to the writer that they were obviously waiting for an appointed time for Ruby to get into position, and information and notes were not needed.
Why would occur to Oswald that he was a "patsy"? Why wouldn't he just say either it was him or it was somebody else? What a stench.

This is very interesting. As a researcher who has looked at every available piece of film evidence in this case in the last 50 years or so, it amazes me how the Leavelle suit was ignored. It may be that it was just what he had available to wear that day--but maybe not. Oswald points out to police that he was the only one in a t-shirt going into the lineup-- that seems hardly fair. The sling mounts on the rifle is a problem for sure. Oswald does appear to recognize Ruby in the press show-up and again in the jail basement--coincidence? Ruby later wrote in a letter from jail to someone named Joe, to "Stay away from P.T. Dean he is in the conspiracy." Patrick Dean was the DPD officer in charge of security in the Dallas Jail basement on 11/24/63.

The mystery to me is if Ruby knew he had to killed Oswald to silence him, why he did not do it on friday or saturday risking Oswald to talk on those two days.

Just like they stuck the Limo out by itself in front and reduced Jfk's security! Also, if you've seen any of the Secret Copies of the Z Film, they backed off the Limo as the Limo turned the corner onto Elm (yeah it's really in there!!) Greer almost hit's the Center Median that divides Elm and the little side street in front of the Depository. There's a lot in those films that show without a question that the current Z Film has been fabricated and is an act of Treason! The lie and the Conspiracy are beyond belief, folks.. Poor Oswald, that look and what's going on in his head when he sees Ruby, who he knows is a killer, paying hard attention to him in the Press Conference.. I just had a thought that they may have purposely been showing Ruby to him at the DPD to send the message "Keep your mouth Shut"! And YES those Officers who were supposed to be protecting Oswald appear to be purposely looking away until AFTER HE GOT SHOT!! These people like to say others are sick but they are the lowest form of life as far as I am concerned.. I'm sharing this on my channel in the JFK Section! Great Job!!!

      @AlunThomas-mp5qo 22 дня назад

Police officer Roy Vaughan was detailed to guard the car ramp entry to police headquarters with instructions not to let anyone in except police officers and reporters. The Dallas P.D official story is that Vaughan was distracted by a police car driving out via the ramp and Ruby took that opportunity to sneak past him to enter the building. However Vaughan has adamantly insisted that he kept his eyes directly at the ramp entrance at all times and no one could possibly have entered without his knowledge. Now I can understand him saying this at the time as he would have been concerned that to say otherwise might have affected his career and promotion prospects. But he carried on sticking to his story even after he had become a police chief and after he had retired which is a strong indication that it was the whole truth.

Jim was not only cuffed to Oswald he was also to the right of him so Ruby could easily see him.
How would Ruby know that Oswald's transfer would almost be an hour late unless someone told him the news ?
Why did the transfer of Oswald from the city jail to the county needed to be televised ?
Why wasn't the armored truck properly measured to see if it could be taken down into the basement ?

Seemed anyone with connection or witnesses to what somebody saw in Dallas above the grassy knoll behind the picket fence their story may have been fabricated or killed such as Lee Bowers which he was killed on a highway when his car left the highway which is suspicious to me. That's how I see it even if nobody agrees.

Corrupt, incompetent, naive, vain and stupid.. ladies and gentlemen.. I give you.. the Dallas PD. No right to a lawyer, total joke with the line-ups.. announce to the public when they're moving the prisoner.. realise at the last minute that the vehicle is too tall to pull up to the door so they have to walk out to it instead.. stop questioning the prisoner because the DA says they've got their man (after no investigation).. seemingly let anyone walk around their Police Station (including that guy who looks like gestapo with the glasses and long coat wtf).. they were giving in to the media demands when they should have been doing their jobs.. the fact that ANY prisoner was shot on the premises while under their guard is appalling. Absolute joke, the lot of 'em

Excerpt from Why the CIA Assigned Ruth Paine to the Oswalds: Ruth Paine did not own a light green Nash Rambler. She owned a light Blue Chevy station wagon. The car that Craig thought he saw [the] Oswald [double] get into was a Rambler driven by Lawrence Howard, an anti Castro Cuban with out of state plates.

    Kathy,
The whole Lee and Harvey thing I have yet to make my mind up about but I do believe Lee Oswald was impersonated several times leading up to the assassination, and then again on the day itself.
The 1959 Rambler is also a curious issue given the several prominent folk who owned one including George Wing, Rip Robertson, Howard Davis and a member of the Dallas chapter of Alpha 66. It must also be considered that this was a common vehicle for the day.
I also think that particular Jim Murray photograph is a very important one. Somewhat of a story being told with lots of detail. Many years ago, I created these comparisons with people present in that image. I post them here more as a curiosity than anything else.
    Cheers,
    James

I'm interested in learning where the information of the whole white suit shooting set up and questioning of Oswald interruption was learned

Good observation! I think it was a signal that Oswald had been briefed (and rehearsed?) and the "shooter" had the go-ahead to fire the blank round at Oswald so they could then get him out of there to parts unknown. I don't think it was Ruby at all...you never really see his face.

This was a real media circus and no transcript or recording of the hours of interrogation of Oswald..Great videos

I never knew the western union was right next to the building. It makes sense what he's saying.

That is an interesting theory. His suit did seem incongruous in the crowd. Just ANOTHER fascinating detail in this aggravating case

It's been established also that strip club owner/ mafia member Jack Ruby had a relationship with the Dallas PD so it's not hard to conclude the assassination of Oswald was deliberately made easy by the cops

Who’s the guy in the dark trench coat and hat? Walks in with a younger man and stands at a wall.

If it was Oswald that killed
officer JD Tippit I feel that he was there to kill Oswald and finish the conspiracy. Oswald realized he was going to die and killed him first . At this time the conspirators regrouped and drew straws to see who would Oswald and Jack Ruby drew the short straw . If you watch THE MEN WHO KILLED KENNEDY SERIES ( I think it is an 8 part series ) you will see the interview with Oswalds mistress , she seems like she has the most believable story . I think she is interviewed in part 8 .

That series Part 3 has two of the "star" witnesses of the Tippit shooting, Markham and Callaway. They gave different descriptions a man leaving the scene. Different height and weight, different clothing and most importantly different escape paths. How can that be? Yet they are referenced as witnesses who identified Oswald.

Isn't it so that the rifle they claimed that they found in the library actually is a single shot weapon and that it therefore would not even be possible to fire several shots with it in quick succession as actually happened, be cause you would have to load it each time before you could shoot it again?

I think it a magazine rife but a cheap one, military surplus. Also I have hear and read that the shots were not hard at all from about 80 yards. Even Joe Rogan sain he could have made that kill as he is an avid hunter and the gun had a scope. Why didn't Oswalt shot when the car was facing him and in the hairpin turn slowing down, because they had other and better marksmen in different positions.

I don't think Ruby was ever transferred from the Dallas police jail to County jail all during his trial and appeals.

Yes he was, he was transferred a couple of days after the shooting, he remained in Dallas County Jail (which is the red brick building on Dealey Plaza) and remained there for the next three years until he was discovered to have cancer.
