Hello, thanks for the comment :) online booking should be possible. However, we went to Casela in person couple days prior to our visit and booked tickets then. Spot booking (the same day as the planned visit) is also ok, but the queue is quite long and you might not be able to do activities that are possible to do only in the morning (e.g. feeding the rhinos - 9:00 a.m.). Well, also walk with lions may be full for the day, so maybe it's more safe to book it earlier. Cheers :)
Hello Neha! Yes, everything is charged separately, all prices are given at the Casela's web page. Walk with the lions is the most expensive, but there is also a possibility to have just an interaction instead of the entire walk. 4K is the quality of my video. Cheers :)
Hello Florian, as far as I remember it was 2000 rupee for two people. It is an interaction, so touching the animal and posing for pictures (15min). The 1 hour walk is a different activity. Cheers, Monika :)
We don’t have lions, giraffes, tigers, elephants or other safaris animals in Mauritius! They all came from Africa, but all those animals you see here are born and bread in Mauritius!!❤
Update: I went to Mauritius once again last year and there are some new rules in Casela. Walking with lions cannot be filmed or photographed anymore, people can't take phones nor cameras during the walk. I asked why it has changed and an employee told me that "there was a situation involving camera and tourists behaving irresponsible" so they banned usage of digital devices.
My 3 year old son always watches this video before bed time. His grandparents live in Mauritius. Pozdrawiamy z Anglii.
I am happy to hear this ❤
Lots of love from Mauritius 😀

Hello :) Yes, just big cameras + gimbal are not allowed if I remember correctly. We used gopro and phone + phone gimbal. Thank you :D
GoPro & mobiles allowed right for walking with lions?
No, I was there this year. No personal things are allowed to take with. Even sunglasses
