Thanks for watching mate. Appreciate your support 👍🏻
Got my assessment test tomorrow, cheers for all the tips
Awesome mate good luck. 👍🏻
Thanks for your informative video
Did you see or hear of many reserves doing paratrooper or all arms course mate? Cheers
4 para are reserves mate met quite a few of them. I’m pretty sure you could ask to do it even if you are in another reserve unit.
Do you know if you get paid more for doing the parachute course whilst in the RAF?
Not too sure to be honest mate.
My daughter wants to train as nurse or radiographer with the army. What difference will it make to her career if she takes the officer route or soldier route? What would you do?
officer route you get more money, you are higher rank and a lot more is expected of you especially as a leader.
Please make a video on the time of acceptance of commonwealth applications. Plz bro
something i am not sure on mate sorry 😞
quick question
So let's say i join the RLC as a driver and got all my licenses ..and now I want to change to the paras (infantry) regiment .what happens to all my licenses will it be of no use and expire or can I always renew them ?
No you could do that however, you could also get a lot of them licences whilst in the infantry.
You licences will stay with you for a long time its like 30 years i believe then you just need to renew them
@@KyleSmithFIT so If I join the parachute regiment on my first year I could still get all my licenses from HGV and forklifts?
@@spencer4248 probably not in your first year but there will be opportunities for you to get license’s throughout your career
@@KyleSmithFIT okay well I'd love to hear from you on that question if you do and have live question and answer video
@@spencer4248 It'll be quite difficult getting your licenses, you will get them but, it'll will take a substantial amount of time. Simple reason as to why, is there a major necessity for a Para to have all of these licenses apart from the basic ones, the answer is no as the drivers get priority.
Hi Im starting pirbright in 2 weeks I’m going artillery any tips/trick any advice would be great
Go there with the right attitude, be prepared to be challenged and don't give up. Do that and over the 14 weeks that you are there you will enjoy yourself and become a lean mean green machine 🤣
I’ve just passed my assessment centre but I failed my tst so I’m retaking in a month could you make a video on it?
Nice one mate well done, as you will know it’s a maths test mate. If I was you I would do some revision online, Google search for GCSE math mock tests should do the job
@@KyleSmithFIT alright thanks mate
Part of Airborne Forces, really, you're a fully fledged hat lad!
if your going 16 aa brigade do you do p company straight away?
Well as soon as you can or when your ready. Some regiments a different in the bridge and how much they push there soldiers through it, some want everyone para trained as soon as possible, some not so much.
I’m going for paras got my assessment centre in 3 weeks in Scotland 🏴
Great new mate, best of luck 👊
@@KyleSmithFIT u got any info on the prac course and para basic training etc mate? Like I know u need to do p coy and jump out of a plane at end but any other mad stuff I’ll have to do during basic know what I mean
@@Lizardthedonnnnn I don't mate, i can't speak from experience because i didn't do PRAC.
Just so you know, you will do P-Coy as part of your training however, you do not do your jumps course at the end of training. You will go to your unit first (1, 2 or 3 para) and then wait to go on a jumps course at RAF Brize Norton.
Check this video, he talks through the whole PRAC process : ruclips.net/video/jzBWdMWtYZY/видео.html&ab_channel=PaddyBurtenshaw
@@KyleSmithFIT nice one cha
