Your Garden looks great! I’m in southern Wisconsin. We’ve been having an overage of rain too. This morning I finally gave up and worked some grit in the mud and put some plants in that just had to move.
Thank you! Yes, despite the mud I did move a brunnera that is on death's doorstep and planted a few seedlings. Wet or dry, the rest of my stuff will be going in this weekend because it can't wait any longer!
I''m in south central WI but we live in sand and pine needles. Because of rain and heat/humidity I haven't been able to do much in the garden. Your potted flowers look wonderful and healthy. Mine got water logged even on the covered porch. Although our sand dries out quickly, I have only had to water once this year.
I'm behind in projects this year too because of rain and humidity. I was worried about my potted plants with the rain but most of them are partially covered by the eaves on the house so they don't get the full force of the downpours. Haven't had to water anything in the ground, which is nice! 😊
Crazy rainy spring/summer. I haven’t watered once. I thought about it during that 5-day stretch of no rain, but then I figured. my plants needed to really dry out. Thanks for the updates!
Woo hoo! We were recently moved up from zone 4b to 5a with the zone map changes. Though that's really just a change on paper since it only reflects the climate we've been gardening in already. Did your zone map change this year?

The water bill is going to be much lower this year for sure!
Clicked due to the beautiful thumbnail but didn’t see that view during the tour
