Hey.. bought this speaker and there is only at one side speakers? because im getting sound from only one side (side where jbl logo is) .. maybe i didnt notice that before that.. but now i think i broke my speaker or idk
Don't worry. You didn't broke anything. There are only two small speakers on the side where the JBL logo is. The other side of the speaker has only a battery under it. :)

R Froyo he showed the speaker from both sides in the vid, and it was clear to see that there are speakers on one side only :D still, as I got mine I had the same question

if you know, how long does it take to charge the speaker?
Is it bad to shake the device or drop it?
I have only dropped it once but it wasn't too bad.
The front grill has a dent but it's very hard to notice at all.
I also shook it a couple of times and heard and felt something inside moving, is it bad if I shake it too much?
JPabloCN I dropped mine at least 4 times. Very minor dent that I can only see if in the correct lighting. One drop was on concrete from about 3 feet and thankfully landed on the edges with the hard rubber. I still wouldn't recommend shaking or anything while playing music.
You should not drop it. Dropping your device can damage it. This speaker is really solid so shaking it should not damage it.
Jamesgamo I've dropped it twice now. Everything works as it should and I don't notice a difference in sound quality. It also didn't get any new dents. Do you think I should get it checked just to be sure it's ok? Also, could dropping affect the sound quality?
this process does not affect the impermeability?
My charge2+ turns on connects to my phone but does not make any sound when connecting or it turns on why could that be?!? Any help helps. Thanks!🤙🏼✌🏼
That could be because of your battery. To low charge. May need to replace it

my jbl 2+ accidentally fall down now i can still connect but no sound anymore.. do you have idea what's the problem?

I am not sure but I don't think so. It's only a protection for your speaker like on Stereo speakers you have at home.
Every time when i listen to music from this jbl i hear a little noise, buzz i think its happen cuz of this dirt in grille. What do u think about it ? :)
It can be the dirt, sand or the JBL stamb/Logo that is mounted on the grille. Take off the grille and see if it still makes this "Buzz" sound.

Hello,i have like that the same JBL charge 2+.My probleme it is easy to get lowbat.When i played music it last 20mins..And if i do charging the 4 led indicator is full and the last led is blinking.Seems it charging but when i use it after charge 20mins it got turned off.Could it be that the battey is defective???
The battery is probably broken. You can easily replace it.

Yes. Charge 2+ is just an updated version of charge 2.

This speaker is not water resistant. If water gets in to the ports on the back it will damage it !

I think its weird that the ports are not covered up but mabey that's just me.
Vinc Do what ive done seal the aux and the out charging ports and put a flap on the in charging one.

Yes, carefully remove it and put a little bit of glue on the edge, slide it back in and close it back up as shown in video

The speaker is NOT WATERPROOF because of the open ports on the back. Opening the grille will not do anything to the speaker. You can safety open them for cleaning :)

That can be the battery. Maybe it's dead. Have you tried to plug it in to the charger and turning it on?

using a side of steel foot rule is better than this. simply use the ruler side to open a wedge into the gap. cheers
