All I got to say is GO BIG BLUE! A great combo with a spook have a small fluke tied on and with misses and follows throw that fluke and you'll get a couple more fish in the yak

The spook and topwater walkers are super good topwater! You might like the Z man Helleraizer I ordered one and it should be here tomorrow. That area looks like a popper would slam too. Check out my buddies lures smallie hunter fishing company he has a creek chub series that is vicious in the creeks.
Don't under both You and Aaron fish where you have seen crawfish pinchers down in a Bass's mouth but you don't fish with crawfish jigs or crankbaits. If they eat them why wouldn't you fish with something that imitated a crawfish?🤔🤔🤔

Super spook jr is one of my favorite lures. Always make sure to have a loop knot and twitch the rod downward or lateral, never up.

You don't always need to "match the hatch" so to speak. Fish can eat anything that grab their attention, even super crazy bubblegum colored sticks!
