Bro.. I got C12 for my wife before 2 weeks approx.. C12 is very comfortable and for me the front vibration is not there. Suspension is really good. I am getting range of around 125 to 135 km in city driving speed is 35 to 45kmph. And distance to empty is also very accurate. I already having BGauss D15i also driving for almost 7 months. As you said, I choose this brand because of 20 battery safety features, riding comfort, RR Cable background and mainly service support from showroom side is very good and they are very polite in my city.

naan vangi 5 months aaguthu... lot of problem varuthu, running la bike off aayiruthu... enga oorula showroom close pannitanga... no service support, nearby district show room la kuduthen 1 month ku apparam motor than problem nu replace panni kuduthanga, but innum problem apdiyethan iruku .. olunga respone panna matranga, ippo keta marubadium showroom kondu vanga naan check pannitu solrenu solranga... please dont purchase anyone... i really disappointed

Last month I bought bgauss c12imax from rajkumar mtocorp, Chengalpattu. After two weeks, the bike vibrates and makes plastic noise. I got chest pain after driving this bike. No correct answer when told showroom side. Worst service center. Staff not attend phone call, gm says i dont know the manager knows staff says manager not here. Worst customer service and all are fraud . Look vise ok.full low quality plstics
