What an awesome sponsor actually! No better brand for your new, more health-focused content than a brand making healthy (packed with fiber and protein) gluten free pasta! A creamy pasta salad is just such a comforting meal - I loove adding sundried tomatoes. Having said that, although the recipe is awesome, I am sure this is not for plant-based newbies in terms of the amout of legumes in here haha :D
It works perfect for this!! Honestly we just really aren't that picky. hahah I know it's a little different but once it's all mixed up with difference sauces I never really notice it.

I have a pasta salad base recipe that is very similar to this. Made it last week. It's great to be able to just add or subtract different ingredients without much effort. I usually add cherry tomatoes, cucumber and baby spinach too. Just to make it a bit more salad feeling and even healthier feeling than it already is. Ps. I'm convinced you have a separate fridge that is exclusively used to store chickpea aquafaba in deli containers 😂😅 jk. But seriously, what do you do with most of it? Have you ever done a video with multiple aquafaba uses or recipes in it? Thanks for another great video 💚
hahahah no seperate aqua faba fridge!! I tend to use it up for quick sauces A LOT!!! and yeah this isnt a super special recipe!! Thats what I LOVE about it, you can toss in whatever you want really. I like olives in it too!! But everything you add would be awesome
I love this idea!! This is great to make and take to a party!! Could you develop a variant with cheese and something to make it smell or taste with tuna more? I'd love to workshop it with you for a tuna noodle casserole variant.
@@lamllemaussadesad isn’t it? There is a report spam function on the 3dots which makes it disappear (from one’s own feed at least) but there seem to be more and more. I recently read that bonza chickpea pasta tested high in levels of glyphosate. There are other organic lentil pastas that may be a better choice if available in one’s area. Awesome recipe!!
I really like banza pasta! I do wish it held up better after a day in the fridge though. I've found it a lot harder and less edible once it cools. I imagine that the creamy dressing here would really extend its longevity though!
So that article is incredibly misleading!! The amount of glyphosate's found was still incredibly small and well within the acceptable levels and glyphosates are water soluble so when you cook plants coated with glyphosate or wash them using water the glyphosates are removed. I would never give my wife something that I found to be dangerous or harmful to her health. I feel those social media posts claiming these fake high levels were 100% inflammatory click bait to get views.... and the succeeded.
funny I thought about the tuna salad thing before u guys talking about it. not gonna lie it is not the best looking dish but I know how good it tastes and super easy to make
Have you ever considered tossing a sheet of nori into it to make it more fishy for a "tuno" salad. Completely forgetting the tomato until the end is very relatable. 😂
It's so basic but so good!!! like We actually added a block of extra firm tofu to it on the last day with a little vegan mayo and mixed it in and had that for lunch.. I added the tomatos on the second day too. Thats what I love about it! Broccoli and cauliflower sounds like an awesome addition
I love to adapt recipes to be vegan without using "vegan butter, "vegan cheese", or "vegan mayo". There's just something I find weird about that. I use coconut oil, nutritional yeast, or silken tofu/hummus sauces instead. This recipe is next on my list to try. But will it tofu? 😉
Why do you make it so difficult for us to find the PRINTED Recipe on Your website??? I don't know the name of thios recipe and I've wasted too much of my valuable time searching for it on your website!
Especially Banza. A review rated them worst of all the bean based pastas tested, because of that gummy texture. And in my own tests Banza macaroni, exactly what’s in this video, was still hard when not cooked enough, then immediately became gummy when cooked just 10-20 seconds more.
@@broddr Yeah...I've not had a good experience with that brand despite repeated tries. I also don't like dealing with all of that disgusting foam. I did have a good experience with a mixed high protein pasta from a different brand, though.

Nope not gonna happen.

Great inspiration as always! Seems especially great for the summer when I never feel like cooking every day
Yum! Chickpeas are my favorite! Thank you for sharing. It’s so similar to the chicken salad that I used to make, with grapes and/ or apples. 😊
My favorite too!!!

This would pair well with some of Thee Burder Dude's entree options, like his grilled chicken (it's tofu) or salmon (also tofu).

The chickpea pasta and chickpeas are the protein
14 grams of protein isn't a whole lot
