      @@rcf8367 Thanks! I was bummed about this truck because we just replaced the timing a little over a year ago. This time I ditched OEM and went with a Melling replacement phaser. I replaced the guides and tensioner on the failed side as well. Hopefully it's good forever now 😅

    My 2005 Expedition has had noisy phasers at 117K miles 14 years ago. The sound has not changed at 190K. Wholesale value is less than $1K, so I’ll just drive it till the engine craps out.
