Another fan art series of mine is going! This is the episode 23 of Gold series, where Kris goes back to New Bark, and Jasmine talk about her past as friend of May in Olivine town. 6th gym leader battle starts!

Love the connections to Gen 3! Can't believe we already have reached the 6th gym! Just the fact that we are closer to Lake of Rage, Rocket hideout and the Radio tower battle makes me even more hyped! :D

I always like how Jasmine puts Pokemon first over being a Gym Leader. That makes her a sweet and caring trainer.

Love the little details! May’s origin is interesting and she was originally from Johto, I honestly forgot about that. Can’t wait for the rest of Gold vs Jasmine. I also can’t wait to see what becomes of Silver, he’s definitely going in the right direction!

Johto, Hoenn, and sinnoh…to think PLA hinted that some people from sinnoh would later travel to hoenn and now this anime is hinting of a johto hoenn relationship
I am planning to have two timeline one in which is base off the dp in which the main charther catch Diagla and defeated Cynthia in an close battle with the ultimate factor begin the ice move hit and posioned on Cynthia Garchomp that lead to what happen after and the Platinum timeline where Cyrus get send to the distortion world and Looker is involved with the plot
Honestly silver slowly turning into a more caring person by seeing gold and krys and then hinting at that hes gonna build a strong bond with his pokemon (so he can evolve his golbat into crobat later) is just so wholesome! Great work pedro!❤
Maybe Feraligatr can heal spiritually along with Silver as they possibly chase their own badge ambitions.

Love the simplicity of this story line. Just everyone hanging out and seeing each others growth, sharing a passion for pokemon. Its a nice wholesome episode with some great connections to gen 3!

I feel like i have to count now, how many times you have blown me away with things that come out of nowhere, but make so much sense. This episode had at least three, with my absolute favorite being the badge discussion scene.
There is so much to love going on in there, may and jasmines friendship, implying that the events of gen 3 took place before this whole thing, explaining the reason why gold of all people went for sixteen badges instead of eight and how golds sheer, unbridled enthusiasm, to be better, to be the best, to go ever further, just managed to completely floor silver so much, that it blew a heavy dent into his depression.

Nice introduction to May, I forgot that the Hoenn storyline was around the same time as the Kanto story. I wonder if you will also make an connection to Sinnoh :-)

Those little nuances and details you add to the story really make it feel like I'm experiencing the game for the first time all over again. The same thing happened with your Pokemon Red series. Cant wait for the next part

Whitney look so pretty when she let her hair down and Silver will be most definitely have a lot of character development growth, it’s very excited to see how Silver will slowly become more empathy. I also assume May, “May” be (no pun intended) already become a hoenn champion since she got 8th badge in hoenn region, maybe she could give Gold a very intense challenge.

This show never forgets even the smallest of details could binge watch this all the time to be honest. Everything is coming together in a nice cohesive fashion and I'm loving every second of it.
So does this mean that May will be the protagonist with the main focus in Gem 3?

This was a nice little episode. Jasmine being a kind and caring person, Chuck being the buff goofy uncle was fun, the flashbacks to May and Norman were cool and that Steelix is really strong!
This was a good episode. Seeing Slowking smile after evolving gave me so much joy😢. Seeing Gold claim he'll get double the badges of the other trainers was awesome, and seeing Silver smile out of admiration and his Zubat teasing him about it was cute❤. Also, May being from Johto is something I always forget. All in all, a great episode

Algo que me encanta de tu trabajo es el guion, reinterpretas la historia con pequeños toques que le dan una nueva personalidad. Algo que me pareceria interesante seria que en las pruebas de la medalla dragon, la razón por la que no entreguen la medalla no sea por frustracion, sino por temor a que Gold no este listo para lo que implica ser campeón, como pasó con Red, haciéndolo valorar la importancia del corazón.
Wholesome episode? Nice change of pace, especially loved getting to see more of Silver's character development... I cracked up laughing when I saw him get teased by his own Golbat... I guess that's why it evolves into Crobat later, he's Silver's little buddy! :D
I love that we get to see the detail that May originally moved from Johto to Hoenn and I love that ampharos is bonding and chilling with the others (though mainly flaaffy). Steelix being steel/ground is also a fun detail that trips flaaffy up. This entire episode is great with the idea of putting medicine in berries. Can't wait to see the next one along with Silver's progression.
I'm glad that hints for the future of the series are being introduced like with what you did for gold and silver in red and blue since outside of the games I think this is the best way to experience the series.
The Steelix roar from Gen 3, still sounds the best. Metalic and rough.

Always glad to see this updated. And great like always. Further connecing May to her roots in Johto, setting up the next big Rocket arc after this gym and of course the actual gym battle with Jasmine getting started, another solid chapter.

Another wonderful episode! Even with how serious things can get, it's always good to see everyone just having fun and hoping for the best in the situation. It especially worked out for Silver, as seeing Gold's proclamation of getting 16 badges is now affecting him. He's been living in everyone's shadow, feeling like he can never catch up to have the strength he needs, but hearing Gold state he'll get 16 badges, as he shines with illuminating light, inspires Silver to not let the past or how good everyone else is doing hold him back. Even if someone has done remarkable things, that will never stop you from being remarkable or doing even more if you keep moving forward. And Zubat's smile over his smile was adorable.
Team Rocket continues to show how big a threat they are. Given how often gym leaders have played a role in stopping crises in things like the manga, it makes sense they would want to keep Whitney out of commission as they pull off their plot in Goldenrod. Whitney was already terrifying as a gym leader, so imagine what she'll be like when fighting for keeps. So the moment she comes back, they crank up the volume to keep her from battling.
And very nice to get some of our first signs of May. She definitely has some Sapphire influence in her given how she's something of a tomboy and got all the badges in Hoenn, but also takes some different elements such as her being Norman's daughter. Her friendship with Jasmine was adorable and it was sad to see the move separate them. If we ever make it to Hoenn, I eagerly look forward to seeing May's journey in full and what development she'll go through. ^_^

I cannot express how much I love this series each upload. The art itself is improving and the development of Silver is also amazing.
