Quiet boring battle to watch and it doesn't fit the Professor Oak level. You should have at least played fairly by turning Battle Switch to SET and use comparable level Pokémon.
No it's not you can't fight professor oak in the original games. It was going to be a feature but they took it out. Also the sprites for the players pokémon are customized.

That was not Pokemon Red, the Exeggutor pic was from Yellow, the attacks were different, and the Tauros pic was from a different version as well
