- Today, we're going to split the desktop in Windows 11 using Snap Layouts, and even split the screen in two, three, and four different windows, allowing you to multitask like never before. You could do something similar in Windows 10 by dragging and snapping windows to the edges or corners, but Windows 11 introduces a few more desktop configurations. #SnapLayouts #Windows11

You can also view the open desktops by using 3 fingers on the track pad to show all the ones that are open

My snapped windows have an ugly 1mm border around them all. Grey, ugly outline.
I can see the possibilities but will never use it.
I can see the three vertical layout being useful maybe for ultra-wide monitors, but I'll probably still just use the drag-to-edge like in Windows 10.
