- This video describes my third visit to Socotra in 2003. I joined a Belgian cave team called the "Soqotra Karst Project". Led by Peter de Geest, the team over a number of visits, had discovered, explored and mapped many large caves on the Island. It was this team that first found the artefacts in Hoq cave. The team was also joined by zoologists and biologists. The team have provided valuable environmental information to the Socotra authorities. I have other Socotra videos - see below.
