I've been listening to the analyst more than 3 times. What I deduce from this analysis is that IEC is covering for the *MK.* If IEC lives this judgement and carry on with elections, anybody would challenge it bese kuba khona I commotion and delay kwama Elections🤷‍♀️

The proviso is clear that a convicted person must be afforded an appeal😂the constitutional court judgement against JZ to sentence him to 15months without an appeal, was unconstitutional according to the recent South Gauteng High Court judgement
