avenues available to him to ensure that the Constitutional Court
ruling that found him not suitable to run as a National Assembly
candidate is overturned.
Ndhlela says Zuma will approach the UN Human Rights Committee to
ensure his rights are exercised.
He says Zuma, however, doesn't want to lead at all cost.

Even Baba Kgalema said that maybe if the ANC loses power it will take the electorate seriously. Remember many a old liberation parties in Africa lost power when they lost touch of reality with the people.

President Zuma is going to Parliament because the Concourt allowed him to. How? He was allowed to appeal without the time frame attached. In law once you appeal, the previous order takes precedence. He can appeal in 5 years' time...

That, he can appeal because he will be found guilty too. And he knows it that's why he wanted Downer removed from the case. That's how he opiates when he knows the outcome is obviously against him.
