      @@Marionskitchen yes and also how it is filmed...very relaxing...much better than that Mr. Gordon Ramsey whose cooking stresses many of us out. Not sure if you know him well. lol.

    Lol the gochujang is a ligit one
    I'm Korean and this recipe is so down right accurate! Just like what I make myself for quick dinner!
    If you want REAL Korean taste, use more garlic, add some black pepper&fine chilly flakes. And if you grind 1/4 of onion in to the sause, it will add more depth to the taste

      @@hicity7907 speak for yourself not “everyone”. Most people would like to know the authentic way of making the recipe, additional pointers are useful - you can choose not to follow them. Why be so sheltered and ignorant to assume that if you ate authentic Korean food you’d die or something?

    Been waaaaaaaiting for this one. And I didn't even know I was. But when I saw the title, I knew it was for me. I'm obsessed with Korean-stye food, especially stir-fries. Gochujang is my ketchup. Thanks, Marion!

    I just made this for dinner, used the same ingredients that you used and OMG it’s just the same Korean taste I get in the restaurants. Looks like I no longer need to go there. This Gochujang paste is a gift to humanity!

      It's a game changer I add it to my tomato pasta sauces I make an amazing sausage lasagna and I put it in the meat sauce it's amazing

    i just made this recipe like 2 hours ago, i can't believe i can cook korean food as delicious as this eventhough i don't have onion and lemon in my fridge but it was still fenomenal. Thankyou Marion!

    That looks good, i could just skip the carrot and spring onion part.
    But my gochujang paste is kinda thick bcs i put it in the fridge..
    (Yes it's not spicy at all, but kind of sour and savory)

    There are different kinds of gochujang. You can get a milder one or a super hot one, so if you can check that label: the more chillis you see, the hotter it is! (I love the stuff and now keep it in my house all the time.)

    Thank you for explaining how those cooking in a restaurant wok vs a home stovetop wok is very different as it relates to wok heat! Not the same!

    Omg that is so amazing! I have a question though. I'm in a no salt diet. What can I use instead of soy sauce, oyster sauce etc? I could avoid them, but they ate also adding extra flavor to the food. What are the alternatives? Thanks

    Loved. I did it and it was DELICIOUS. I didn’t have sesame oil or sesame seeds (I didn’t want go market, covid19 is kicking high in my city), however tasted fantastic, thanks. BTW the lemon zest was a great touch

    You are simply amazing. Every video is impeccable with clear and concise directions. You successfully made every video appeal to my senses in an extraordinary way. Whoever is filming does and outstanding job at enhancing every shotYour voice is so soothing. The background music is certainly unnecessary and takes away from the the production.

    I tried this and it worked out well although there was too much liquid in the pork to sear it well. Tasted better the next day but recommend having it with rice instead of paratha like I did lmao

    Tip... If you want a really thin slice on your meat, and you find that your knives are not pro chef sharp, then simply pop the meat in the freezer for an hour and then slicing it thin is a breeze...
