I was curious on something. My current running lamps are white. Does this change them to amber or does it require something else? Thank you for any help.
Just to follow up Jacob returned my message and fix my problem. Thank you. System is great. Everything is working like it should. Thank you again for your great service.
If you’re spending a lot of time staring under the dash for the connectors to plug the horn and the lever adapter into they are plugged into dummy spots on the back of the rocker switch panel. I found two on the lower panel and the third was on the top row. Wasted a bit of time on that.. 10:26
New video posted today better explaining that. Learned a lot in the past year as far as instructional videos go. Even that one needs more work. We're constantly trying to make it easier.
@@kinnettickreations5602 The video is good enough to get the job done. I wasn’t knocking it lol I just figured if I was staring at the dash for a while wondering where those connectors were I could save someone some time with the comment. The kit works great!
14:19 Where in the heck are the two plugs located underneath on the drivers side near the shock tower for the turn signals? I don't think mine was ever wired with it? My son has a '22 Z950 and he doesn't have the pig tails either? Is this a Canadian kit?
Pull it out and order our kit? We haven't gotten our hands on any of the OEM stuff yet to see how they do it, we use a programmable solid state control module that we developed. Then we design each kit for each version of machine that CF Moto puts out, which is a lot. Every year they seem to make a few changes, as minor as using a different connector or as major as totally rewiring the machine.
I can’t get the driver’s side tail light plug off the clip to take apart and put in the KK inline adapter. Passenger side came off and we put adapter in that side. Any tricks? I got my thumb in there and pried it away from frame but it will not come out of the clip to take apart!
It does, yes. We figured it out in March. Does NOT stay lit like the G2 kits. Fortunately they didn't combine the dash indicator wires with the wires for the front lights like they do in the G2's.
Outstanding product Jacob! Got mine installed last night. Thanks for the quick return call to answer a questions.

Our kit changes them to amber and then they flash as well.

Only drivers side light work and the turn signal lever is wire backwards , looking for help Thank you
Will this kit work on a 2021 z950 sport?
does this work for a 2023 Z-Force 950 trail?
From every thing we are seeing yes as long as you have the grey connector at the beginning of the video.
Nope we came out with a kit for the trail recently. We thought they were the same but turns out they are completely different. Thanks CF Moto!
Dammit, I just wired mine a week ago. I wish this was available 2 weeks earlier. I used the oem flasher and I have hyper flasher. Is there a cure?

got it off.... all is good now! Thank you for giving us 950 folks the best turn signal option out there! :)
Glad you got it! Those can definitely be tricky.
Can you use the white as running lights or does it have to be amber or can you just use the amber for turn signals only?
we just do amber as running and turn
That's been changed to white all the time, then amber for turn signals only.
Does this kit actuate the lights in the control screen? Do they stay on the whole time like the 950 G2 sport kit?
Anybody?
Apparently, there looking in to it

do you still have brake lights ?????
Do you lose your brake lights?
Yep it controls the brake light circuit for brakes and turn signals.
No
I looked for the grey plug and did not see it. Is it plugged into something or is it loose?
Mine was loose near steering column. It's a larger grey plug.
It's normally dangling down but we've seen some where it was hiding real well up above the steering motor and looked to be plugged in but wasn't.
google translate will translate the Chinese labels.... sport mode is kind of funny translation
Would this be the same on the 23 gen 2 ?
ruclips.net/video/Bc6l3K4ZC8Q/видео.html
No the Gen 2 takes an entirely different kit. CF Moto wired the machines totally different. I'm not sure why they even named them the same.
