This video was filmed with our friend João Rocha at his barbershop in Ponta Delgada. João is very passionate about barbering and absolutely loves his work. He grew up on the island of Terceira which is where he opened his first barbershop.
Approximately a year ago, he opened his second shop in Ponta Delgada on the island of Sao Miguel. On most days while we were there, you would find us stopping by the shop visiting João, Silvia, Marco & JC!
The beautiful Azores was the final destination of our travels for 2018! We stayed on the island of Sao Miguel for a bit of time exploring the natural wonders and experiencing all the incredible hospitality from the people we met.

How many customers do you have in a day? I'm also Barber.
KALVIN B it depends we work with walkins so each day is different, and the number of clients and the time we spend in each client for me is not important, we want to give all attention to the clients because it’s or duty.

He uses the accurate and correct techniques and services (clean up the ears and eyebrows, check out the mirror to see the details) and improves the final result using new products and machines.

Im just wondering how much custommers a day at your barbershop?? & how much price for normal man haircut?
@@sutrimahvivo130 I think if the Owner, João, does haircut + beard it's 30€, for an island like São Miguel this is premium price for premium quality. Most other competitors do it around 10€ - 15€ but with way poor results compared to João and using less intens. Also, his barbershop is always full, we need to book with lots of time before going
Still the best of them all. This was a ballet of a master dancer with excellent haircut at the end. True artist at work.
I love it, no bullshit. Just a straight forward haircut with some classic old school moves. razor over comb is a technique i rarely seen used correctly. Seems like a lot of "barbers" are just trying to have their 15 minutes and they think to get it they have to do bullshit fake fancy razor moves . You have a streamlined routine to get your cuts done time efficiently and still look on point. Youre a great barber man, This is a guy that could feed a family of 4 in this trade. All the guys videoing every haircut they do and taking a hour and selling bullshit the entire time could get off their high horse and take a moment to learn something from a working class man.

Don’t despair William. I once had a great head of hair, but haven’t needed a barber for 20yrs. Then along came Harry, and after watching for a while I decided to get my first straight razor shave. Heimies Haberdashery in St. Paul, Minnesota. Coffee in a real cup, barbers chair, hot towels, and a little pampering. Oh what fun!
I have to say, this barber knows what he's doing. I think he's the most skilled and creative barber on Harry's channel.

Yeah fantastic job also out of any of the cuts I think one of if not the most suited to his natural features though on a personal note I'd have gone for a slightly more subdued version of it - the quiff is a little extravagant in style for my tastes.
I’ve seen you get great haircuts before but what makes a great haircut standout is how well it fits the client. This was definitely one of the best considering it suits you really well. The barber did an excellent job!

This is one of the best haircuts I've ever seen, I need to head to the Azores and find this guy! The reveal at the end was spectacular, not a single hair out of place. You looked like Daniel Craig in one of the Bond films. Some seriously good barbering here.

Haven’t finished the video yet, so I might have more to chime in with, but this is the first guy I’ve seen cut your hair who properly diagnosed it before he started, lined you up properly (or at all), did the ear hair, and properly attended to lower neck hair. Great job

Harry, I think this is one of the best haircuts so far!! Barber Joāo Rocha did a great job!! I definitely enjoyed this video because Joāo had so many tools and used several techniques. He was a master at his craft. It was a clean cut but stylish. It wasn’t over the top and you looked sharp. Again, I think this is my favorite video so far. Great job Barber Joāo Rocha!!
Excellent hair cut by an excellent barber. Extremely skilled in his trade/art. I would have liked seeing Harry with a higher pomp fade like the barber had, but his hair wasn't long enough I suppose.

Ok so within the last 3-4 months I’ve become such a huge fan of Mr. Haircut Harry(I know! I’m incredibly late to the party!😬) And although Im making my way to watching all of his videos, I’ve never really commented on any of his videos and not bc I don’t deem any of them unworthy bc lord knows I do! But there’s was such an artistic craftsmanship to the way that this gentleman cut Mr. Harry’s hair I had to applaud👏🏼👏🏼 When he used the switchblade to cut/comb out the top parts of his hair!!!😳😳 I’ve never seen that done before!
