Hello friends!
1-1.2 kg pork loin.
Cover with cling film and beat.
Salt, black pepper, paprika.
Leave on for 20-30 minutes.
Chop the parsley.
200g butter.
3 cloves of garlic.
Wrap in parchment paper and then in foil.
4 potatoes.
Salt, black pepper, a mixture of Italian herbs, vegetable oil.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Cut 1 carrot with a vegetable cutter.
1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, a pinch of coriander, a pinch of hot or sweet red pepper (optional).
1 teaspoon vinegar 9%, 3 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
20-30g Parmesan cheese.
Open the foil and parchment.
Sprinkle the Parmesan over the potatoes.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Cover the potatoes with parchment if necessary.
It is very tasty!
