- Everyone should know this trick❗️ If you have 2 eggs and butter! Place the dough in the oil.
Why didn't I know this trick before! Just put the dough in the oil and you will be amazed. If you have 2 eggs and butter, make this bread yourself. I don't buy bread anymore! Not many people know. Forget all the recipes, it's the most delicious thing you've ever eaten. Hardly anyone cooks like that! You will cook every day. Cooking is simple, easy, fast and error-free.

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 tablespoons of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
400 ml of warm milk.
Mix well.
Cover and leave for 5 minutes.
Mixing.
2 eggs.
Mix.
Sift 550 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Sift another 150 g of flour.
Mix with your hands.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough until it is medium soft.
Add 40 g of soft butter.
Knead the dough until smooth.
Form into one large ball.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover with food-grade film.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Our dough rose perfectly.
Knead the dough and form a ball.
Divide into 12 parts.
Roll them into a ball.
Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Melt 50 g of butter.
Add 100 ml of vegetable oil.
Mix.
Place the dough in the oil.
Put the next dough into the oil.
Place the dough on top of the first one.
Repeat the operation with each piece of dough.
Roll out the dough with your hands to approximately 40*40 cm.
Make cuts.
Add the cottage cheese filling.
Roll up.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
I made 3 with cottage cheese.
We will add cheese filling to the next 3 doughs.

Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mix well.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes.
All is ready.
Let them cool slightly.

Спасибо за рецет, мало растительного 50 мл достаточно и начинку по желанию можно любую : картофель пюре, слегка прткшеная капуста, с яблоком - меленко порезать, любую другую фрукту, а так же повидлои джем (добавить немного манной крупы, стою ни вытикало), на ваш вкус, грибы тушеные с луком и специями в меру, мяную начинку, можно выбирать, рецет теста прекрасен, извините за комментарий, вкусы будут разные, поэтому немного эксперента, как много лет тому назад ещё в СССР учили нас, ещё рас извинить, приятного апетита
