    Thank you Dr. Routes for this informative and valuable presentation. My doc at Indiana University Hospital Robert Nelson had referred me to you a few years back. when I was having some complications. I never got a chance to up there but have heard many good things from your other patients. I understand you are now retired. Thank you for your dedication and many good works in this illusive territory!

    I thought PI is present from birth and does not develop later, but you talk of it developing later in life. Please explain
