- We take a look at one of the fastest EV chargers you can get for your home, the Autel 50 amp MaxiCharger. And now it comes in a NEW Sierra Blue. This charger also has smart functionality with the Autel app so you can control the schedule and track your charging costs. You can also utilize RFID cards to activate a charge so you can limit who has access to your charger.
In the video, we test out the Autel 50 amp charger with our Mustang Mach-E.

I own a Autel Maxicharger, my only complaint is the cable is very stuff and hard to coil up for storage, even in warm weather. Beyond that, it works great and I love the amount of detail provided in the Autel app.
I have an Autel. I seen your other review on Autel. After your review I said that's the one I wanted. I really like that it keeps track of my cost to charge my car. Your review are great and made it simple for me to choose Autel.
My local Costco had the 14-50p version with the remote holster for $399. It can also be installed as hardwired easily.
I like the remote holster so I can dock it close to where I park without coiling up the stiff cable.
I really like the wifi/app and current adjustability
What do you do if you need about 35 ' to the car?
Cool looking charger. Are there any chargers in the US that conceal the cable for those that have a charger on the outside of their house?
In the UK we only really have one that really does this and I found it great as the cable is wound around inside the case so it’s only on display when charging.
Was handy for me so I had a fixed cable that wasn’t always on display at the side of my house!
Best of all it’s called a Andersen A2.

Didn't Autel also have an EVSE w/a digital screen? If I'm not mistaken, the digital screen was more for commercial applications but I thought I remember them saying that they would have a residential version also. I'm also willing to acknowledge that my recollection is part of an elaborate fever dream.
Yep, we say it at CES. It is intended for fleet or businesses.

I have an Autel EVSE
I have an Autel commerical charger, much like the one your reviewing but can be used for Commerical charging. All Autel chargers have the ability for Power Sharing, Adaptive Power Sharing (Single), Adaptive Power Sharing (Mutiple) and Adaptive Power Sharing + PV. WARNING, if you're looking for these options in a charger forget this one, Autel SUPPORT can't help you at all for wiring and specifications of these options! Even when I created a support ticket to next tier higher support group, they said the same thing, sorry we can't help you! I will not purchase another one of these chargers, buyer beware, I do not recommend them. Their support is nonexistent, I know they are friendly at shows, their support really sucks!

@@MachE_VLOGThey just hit their 1 million subscriber mark. They are a Ford / Bronco family w/ a 2023 Mustang on the way. But Dave will review anything w/ 4 wheels. Your sign off is similar enough that if I was their lawyer I would send you a cease and decist letter w/ the firms letterhead.
