Wife just got it from you and we love it, goes well enough on 2s but nothing is ever fast enough for her so 3s it is but none of our 3s batteries fit. Will find something, for the money it puts a traxxas to shame. Another great beast from you, thanks mate and keep the videos coming.

The slightly bent driveshaft is nothing after jumping so high and slamming into a tree! 😂.

Bought one of these and broke the gear casing straight away on first tiny jump!! Also bend the drive shaft these cars are brittle I don’t know how the car took that beating?
Hi Jack, You must land them flat if your doing big jumps , when you hit the jump make sure your dead straight or else if your on a slippery surface like dirt or gravel the car will slide out and land on an angle causing the car to break. Always make sure to be off the throttle when you land very Important.
I didn’t even get to jump mine. Went over a rolled gutter at less than half speed and the wheel axel snapped off. Got replacement straight away. It seeing this video and the beating it took I don’t know how you didn’t break it 🤷♂️

That was absolutely ridiculous. Really impressed and now conflicted. Was planning on buying a Redcat mt10e. The upcoming sale price should put them around $250.

Just a warning to potential buyers of this car, Our HPI Maverick has so far gone through 2 differentials, a front suspension wing, 3 drives shafts and now as reverted to fail safe mode after being at HPI for 2 months. A grand total of 5 minutes and 7 minutes total running time on the last two occasions, on flat dirt surfaces with a 3S battery. Mostly blamed on the driver when taken back to the store.
After watching this with your crazy jumps I just ordered one $209 usd for a brushless quality rc is a steal!
Great car for the money you will have fun, if you do any jumps make sure you land flat on 4 wheels.

That's some great video guys on the Quantum, do you find the MT tires grip better on loose dirt/gravel than the XT tires. As the XT tires grip well on concrete & tarmac but slide a lot on dirt/gravel surfaces.
Hey Mate, We didn't really drive it on Dirt so cant really say but I would say the XT and MT tires will be the same.
I think you have the break in the tires so they can perform their best because they come slippery slick.
I have both a brushed XT and the flux XT brushless big truck. I haven't broken in my Maverick big truck tires yet. I find that Maverick tires are better. On and off road.
But then again not everyone uses their RC cars or trucks the same way. So you're going to get different results.

Good vid fellas. I'm new to RC cars, got some Innova cheapies for my boys which go well. Got myself one of these and have already broken an axle and suspension upright (doing massive cartwheels of a ramp). Took it for a bash at a skate park today and broke the screw mount on the gear box set and chassis, body posts and chassis skid plate. Are there any better after market parts yet? I want to continue giving this a bash, mostly use it around bush/gravel.

i have had notbing but issues since buying mine and have had it since the 30th of july and so far i have broke the center shaft and the spur gear and i have only ran it on my gravel driveway

So question here, I just bought two of these for me and my son, and on the box the remote Said channel A and B, but later I found out that was for something to do with the steering or power. Is there on the car or remote somewhere a switch that can put one of our cars on a different channel so that we can race together?

how'd you get it to back flip on some jumps but then flatten out on others? rc noob here doing some research

I bought one this week and it is made of biscuit. The guys that invented this thing are literally sitting in the Bahamas in beach chairs sipping mojitos while they laugh themselves stupid at how much money they are making from spare parts.

Sorry you will need to buy the battery and charger to complete the car, you will also need 4 AA batteries for your radio.

This truck is weak the axles bend so easily and is hard to find parts stay away from this truck

My truck didn make it that tough nor did it come close I bought truck based off your review I guess they send the trash to the states didn't even jump it and parts support is lane trucks been sitting around more than being driven traxxas
it's a video and they are dealers, they just edit out the broken trucks and grab another one to continue shooting, it doesn't take a genius to see that there is no way that chassis design can withstand the kind of jumps they were putting that truck through. after one of they're massive jumps you could hear the damage that was done for a second then like magic in the next shot the truck's drive train sounded like new again, go figure...... check out
Aussie RC Playground video on the quantum, he covers some of the defects and even though he works at a hobby shop there's no trickery in his videos, if there's a problem with a car he is up front about it ...

Biggest waste of time an money ever by far the worst RC truck ever made 1st run 50 bucks worth of parts 2nd 60 bucks worth of parts both runs on a soccer field anyone reading this an thinking of getting one save your money or buy mine with 3 batteries for 100 buck just to get it out of my collection toy grade junk IV raced RC's for over 30yrs an I can say this is a bit of shit 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️ sorry but it's the truth HPI should be ashamed of this truck
