The lore of The Charismatic Voice meets Will Ramos is the greatest story of unlikely friendship since the Fox and the Hound. I love watching these two people from wildly different musical backgrounds appreciate and freaking VIBE to each others music and it all started basically on accident.
As an operatic tenor, Elizabeth is one of the best sopranos of our generation, and I'm glad more people are getting to hear and watch her incredible talent. That said, when are we getting a Lorna Shore feat. Elizabeth Zharoff song? 🤘🤘🤘

This is why right now is a brilliant time to be a metalhead. Demon vocalist/human golden retriever Will Ramos loving opera is all of us who have playlists consisting of (for example) Lorna Shore, Meshuggah, Elton John, Pavarotti, Slaughter to Prevail, In Flames, and VoicePlay.
Hahhaahhahahaa I literally have all of those in my playlist. I go from Sun//Eater to The Little Mermaid Medley to Crocodile Rock in a span of ten minutes. It's chaos in the best possible way ❤

Ermagerd! I’ve seen many Elizabeth analysis videos, but have never seen her perform. She is an absolute beast. Otherworldly talent. Everything she talks about in her videos is on full display here. The vocal folds going wacka wacka wacka, the pez dispenser mouth, the chest voice, the smooth vibrato, the diphthongs, the tonal slides. So good. 👏👏👏👏🤘🤘🤘🤘
Opera is such a difficult medium, and it takes immense talent. Her voice is powerful and clear. It's amazing. I agree that you two should absolutely record a song together. That would be so awesome.

I looooove how people who are fans of extreme metal vocals also end up loving opera because they realize how much of an extreme sport it is. I got into opera by studying how to gr9wl XD. But, This was a competition in Europe. She had already been singing a good while that day. She has reacted to this years ago.
A simple answer to the 15:25 question about accents: opera training includes diction training in at least English, French, German, and Italian. There are specific ways to pronounce words in opera to keep the tone and volume (and in some cases, tradition), and those ways aren’t always the same compared to when speaking those same languages. But part of the goal is to have the piece sound effortless - even for the language to sound effortless - even when you aren’t a native speaker. And hardcore opera stans can get a little ornery when someone’s diction is off 😅 so lots and lots of practice is put into just the proper pronunciation.

I loved this. Opera is something that I wouldn't listen to other than live so this is what I love about these reaction videos. You get introduced to so many new musical genre's. I just loved watching how you were almost in tears with pride watching her sing. This brings me to you, not music I listen to but I love examining your singing through her eyes. Learning is best when you put yourself into things unfamiliar

This is awesome. Elizabeth is so talented and she's humble. Will's reaction is entertaining. I was in band for years too. Started piano at 6 and started playing flute in middle school. In highschool i moved to marching a bass drum in marching band and played oboe in concert band. I loved it. I switched to chorus my senior year. I was bored to tears though. We werent taught any techniques just sang show tunes. I was and still am a metalhead and i didn’t care for the show tunes. Ive always liked alot of classical music though. In my mind classical and metal works well together.
Years ago i got to see the Three Tenors in concert. It was different but i loved it. Nessum Dorma is my favorite. I get chills.
