He’s has the attitude of a guy who has his shit together but through stories you know he really doesn’t but he does at the same time. I have random panic attacks, where I could be enjoying a TV show, walking down the street thinking about puppies and and I will break into full panic. Also while I'm sleeping and I'll wake up sweating and panicking. It sucks but I'm medicated and in therapy.
But it's so interesting when non-panickers talk about it, reminds me it not everyone's normal.
