⚡Crime 13: Plotting the Xi'an Incident
⚡Compelled by the Chinese Communist Party, Zhang Xueliang and Yang Hucheng of the Guomintang staged the Xi'an Incident on December 12, 1936, during which they seized the President of the Republic of China, Chiang Kai-shek. Before the incident, the CCP had only about 30,000 defeated soldiers left. However, after the Incident, the CCP was able to grow rapidly by adopting a strategy of using one-tenth of their forces to fight against the Japanese, two-tenths to cope with the situation, and seven-tenths to develop itself.
